Simply put: I never worry about my house in Boca Raton because Florida Property Management Services is always multiple steps ahead of any contingency that could affect the property. For example, when Hurricane Ida was tentatively forecasted to impact South Florida, Gaston and Rebeca personally went to my property the week beforehand to inspect that the hurricane shutters were in place and ready for the storm. They noticed that one of the new shutters didn't fit like it should and personally oversaw it's repair before the storm in order to protect my property. Pointe Management is much closer to us geographically and has a quicker response time than the previous one located in Ft. Lauderdale. We found them non too soon, after suffering through a couple years from an elder couple of mobsters who sized up our condo for its money-making potential, and slowly with bullying, threats and lies wormed their way into power. Some unit owners, grandfathered in, have long warped checkered histories of doing things "on the cheap" with "bad business practices" and the building has been a victim of "flagrant neglect". Many of our unit owners are elderly and easily intimidated by the bullies who did unspeakably bad things. Many of these folks want a full time on-site manager but aren't willing to pay more money even with concrete chunks falling from the balconies on the parking lot, broken waste pipes, and potholes around the pool. We had a successful recall but the twisted vermin are clinging to their illegal money-making shenanigans especially with unlicensed contractors and even trying to bully vulnerable owners into signing their own reverse recall. We are a good fit for Pointe with our 2 building 5 story almost 50 year old building by the shore. These new management people are not wishy-washy, nor skanky and easily swayed by criminals. They probably care more about our safety and financial position whether it is about filling out an ARB for work done or being familiar with the advent of electronic voting. Credentials are as good as it gets, along with references and certifications.

In reality it's the HOA's fault and we should submit against thier insurance. They will not give us the insurance information now so that we can file the claim to get the mold and black mold removed from our residence. We have been in contact with them for months and they are a nightmare to deal with. Avoid this company like it's the plague. We are now looking at lawyers to sue them and Rainberry bay hoa. Most associations down in FL have an expedited process. This place was great and just what I needed and because the condo association couldn't even give a timeframe, the owner and this condo association lost a good tenant! If you want to be strung along and live out of a hotel for months and months, then you should go with Town & Country.
