Caleb Rodriguez from the Texan Toolbox was fantastic. He came exactly on time, worked diligently until the job was complete, covered my rugs so they were stain free where he worked, and cleaned up after himself. I'm so pleased with the final product. Buying a door is one thing, but if it's not installed properly no matter how good a product it is, things will just not look right. Caleb did a fabulous job. I would buy again through the Clearance Center as long as I knew the person installing their product was as professional as he was.

By the grace of God, I found Cambridge Windows and Doors, a locally owned company in Stafford,…read moreTexas. I decided to check them out to replace my front entry door. I had been looking for a beautiful new entry door for some time and finally found it at Cambridge, "The Best Little Door House in Texas". From the first time I sat down with the owner, Michael Stinson, to discuss the door, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with to build and install my new door. This is an owner and a company of integrity, expertise, and over 30 years of experience in building doors and windows. Michael is a perfectionist and expects nothing less of his people who build and do the installations. I was given a tour of the work rooms where they do their "magic" to assemble these beautiful doors, all the way from the planks of wood with the bark still intact to the gorgeous finished product. It was amazing. The gentleman who builds, sands and finishes the doors, Adolfo, is an unbelievable woodworking artist . Mario and Mario II were experts installing the door, which requires a lot of skill and is a messy job, but my foyer was as clean when they left as when they came, maybe cleaner. They cleaned up every speck, super nice men. There are so many beautiful doors to choose from, it's difficult to choose, not only the door, but the hardware as well; however, Michael is an expert in helping you choose the perfect door and hardware to match the style and exterior of your home. I rarely review companies, but this company is too amazing not to. After all, your front door is like the elegant jewelry of your home. I looked at a lot of door companies in Houston; Cambridge Doors and Windows far surpassed all of them in quality, expertise, and customer service from start to the finished install. I will not hesitate to have them replace my windows when the time comes.

We will def use them again for the rest of our windows! We replaced an old builder grade front door and put storm doors on all exterior doors. The front door is composite but it looks like real wood. It is really beautiful. The installations were all perfect and comprehensive. The Cambridge crew did a great job on everything: professional, great work, on time, and neat. Diana coordinated the installations and kept us well informed at all stages. One small hiccup is being resolved as I write this. They don't have a big crew so we had to be a bit flexible on scheduling, but they show up when they say they will and work hard the whole time. We will definitely use them again when we replace French doors on patio. Highly recommend this company, we are happy with everything!

Friday, I received a text from David. He communicated with me that he was running a bit late and what his ETA would be. I appreciated the text message as I was coming from my own home and had to head over to my mother's house. David & Andrew arrived promptly as stated the time. David went through the process with me and asked me to choose the color stain (he also helped). He stated how long it was going to take them. The whole process was a smooth transaction. Andrew assisted David and helped him take the door down and cover the front door with plastic. I notice how closely they worked together and how very commutative they were to each other. They were the true meaning teamwork makes the dream work! I was very pleased with their work, but most importantly my mother was extremely excited about her brand-new refinished door! I highly recommend Sturdy Doors to anyone. If you are able to request certain employees, please request David & Andrew. Soft spoken, efficient work, and commutative. I will be using them in the future and recommend them if any asks. I cannot thank you enough, Julian, David & Andrew!

Before scheduling a service call, he even suggested a few troubleshooting steps I could try myself at no charge in hopes of resolving the issue and saving me money. When that didn't work, he arranged for a technician to come out the very same day. I was given a two-hour service window, and the technician called about 45 minutes beforehand to let me know he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He was friendly, professional, and understood that I was working under a time constraint. The technician diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part on his truck, and completed the repair in about 20 minutes--finishing before my scheduled service window even began. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was that neither Bob nor the technician tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, they seemed genuinely focused on finding the most cost-effective solution and saving me money whenever possible. Excellent communication, prompt service, honest pricing, and quality work. This was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Bob's Quality Door Service.
