As such, we were willing to pay a decent sum for the job. She dealt with Doug exclusively, got scheduled, and communicated her expectations. She made him aware of how detailed she is, like super mega detailed, and as such she notices things others tend not to. He provided what seemed an appropriate estimate range (especially as compared to others we got quoted from), and we proceeded with them for business. Our car wasn't filthy per se, but it did have some stains we wanted out, and the old car smell, and our cat peed in the seat smell out. Our expectations were for those stains to be gone, and the car to smell nice, the rest is a plus. I'll start with the negatives: the stains on the seat were still there, and some on the door fabric. The positives: Doug and company were extremely professional and communicative. The cars exterior was superb, and it was clear the interior received a lot of work, there were some minor details missed, but overall it was a great job done. For the price I did expect the stains to be gone though, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If your car doesn't have old stains it can be a 5 star service maybe. The price compared to a different place I took my other vehicle to seemed steep but this particular industry seems to be all over the place, another place quoted us $1000 (Ha!). So overall, if price isn't an issue to you this place is very professional and they did a pretty good job, if your expectation is a "like new" car it might not be possible.

My description had been "smells like a dirty old man" and no one disagreed with that. And thus the need for detailing and getting the dirty old man (DOM) smell out. I had tried a different place for getting our less dirty and much older Toyota Prius detailed at, and they did an OK job but not worth the price for the job. This truck being beyond filthy really needed someone with attention to detail and dedication. Sent out a request for quotes through Yelp and got 3 responses. Two of which were "call me for a quote" and one, Elite Care Care Auto Detailing, that answered the request with a quote and information. So already a plus. My description in the original request was thorough, I don't have time to be calling a bunch of places for a quote I already told you the details about. I made arrangements with Stew to drop the car off early, he was very professional and accommodating to my weird schedule which made this so much easier for me. I dropped it off, and I could not believe it was done within about 4 hours. As you can imagine, it made me skeptical of the job done. He stowed the truck for me to pick up the next morning and I was curious all day. When I picked up the truck I was thoroughly impressed with the job. Way more than my experience at a different place for a higher price. The interior was spotless and smelled fantastic. No more DOM smell! No more feeling like I needed a shower every time I got in there. The truck went from 4 years of grime, dirt, dust, spills, snow mud, and who knows what else and NEVER being interiorly cleaned even superficially, to a brand new looking truck. I will without fail take any future vehicle to Stew at Elite Car Care, he and his work impressed me and that is not an easy thing to do. Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.
