I've been going to Janice every couple weeks for her amazing Reiki Hypnosis combo sessions. Janice is so welcoming, warm, inviting, easy to talk to and share things with, supportive, nurturing, and an amazing holistic healer and wise woman. The guided hypnosis journeys are so beautiful and powerful. Each time is a different journey and Janice intuitively knows exactly what I need for that day. She emails the hypnosis recording to you the day after your session and she even texts you to check in on how you're doing! I feel that Janice truly cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. The whole experience is very peaceful, therapeutic, healing, and an all around relaxing experience to unwind and give lots of Love and healing to yourself. I have never felt so wonderful coming out of any massage therapy before. It's now two days later and I still feel phenomenal. First up was the salt cave experience , which I found relaxing and rejuvenating (once I figured out how to recline my chair ) . Next was the hand and foot detox - you put your hands and feet on these heated Salt lights and just sit back and relax . The hands felt good , but my feet got way too hot and it actually burned. Only after the session did I find out that I was able to adjust the temperature (they should have let us know that ahead of time ) . Overall , in addition to a chair massage I purchased for $1 a minute, (from another vendor that attended the event ) I had a relaxing evening to treat myself .

I called OP Massage Clinic March 29, 2016. Jane Meech returned my call April 11, almost 2 weeks…read morelater, and scheduled my appointment for May 24, about two months later. When I am in pain, I need a massage, and two months is totally unacceptable, especially when I have outstanding and already paid for gift certificates. I had two paid certificates left from 2016, when we decided to go to Florida for November and December. I gave them to my daughter. Jane said SHE WOULD HONOR THEM. (I have been going there for years and bought plenty of certificates and had sent at least five people there). None of the people I had sent there want to return. The same situation ensued, where Jane would only set an appointment up months and months down the road. When Jane did call me back in April, she said on her message that the certificates would no longer be honored, that they were now null and void. I gave my son-in-law 3 certificates for a massage. He went for a massage on April 30, 2016. One certificate expired January 2016 and the other TWO WILL EXPIRE JANUARY 2017. Jane complained and grumbled at my son-in-law as soon as he walked in the door. She said that my husband bought the certificates two years ago, and said she mistakenly put the wrong date on them. This is NOT TRUE. I have a copy of his cancelled check dated December 24, 2015, which I enclosed in a letter to her, for 3 certificates from January 2016 for one year, EXPIRING JANUARY 2017. My husband buys new certificates EVERY year. Jane Meech CONFISCATED all three paid for certificates from my son-in-law. I still have one certificate at home, which expires January 2017. He, like everyone else I bought certificates for, does not want to go to OP Massage Clinic ever again. Jane has also been rude to my daughter. While giving her a massage, she continually complained about doctors, which my daughter is a doctor, and she made her very uncomfortable. Under all of these circumstances, which I consider unprofessional, as well as unethical, I asked for a refund, which Jane refused. I am uncomfortable even going to the clinic. No where on the certificate does it state there is no refund.
