I haven't of course had time to take care of myself since I've had a baby and very much enjoy how especially the wax pass doesn't expire. Although it's not transferable to use on a person per the front desk you can use it anywhere in the US that has a European Wax Center. I had my service done with Hilarie and she was nothing but great. Getting a Brazilian isnt something I look forward to but of course overtime hurts less the the more you get it done. I must say Hilarie and I hit it off with conversation that I couldn't believe how fast we were done already. It was fairly painless, efficient, and Hilarie was so kind yet professional through my whole experience with her. I already booked my next appointment with her. I definitely recommend her as your wax specialist. Thanks Hilarie again!!!

I have been with European Wax Center since I was 17- started in Walnut Creek location and have been in all the hawaii, most of the San Diego and Napa-Solano locations. I'm also in healthcare. Kindhearted, passionate and really service oriented people are hard to come by in true customer service roles. If she had applied to my department, I would definitely have hired her. I initially reached out to the owner of NouVeau Skin Studio (Sandy) via email, which she never…read morereplied to. I waited about a week, no response. Since I saw that she responds to messages on Yelp, I e-mailed again (this time on Yelp). She requested for me to text message her so we could schedule an appointment for my mom (I was trying to treat her with a facial for her retirement). I texted her and waited a day for her to respond. We finally set up the appointment for my mom, which was scheduled for this afternoon. After driving from Concord to pick up my mom and then directly to NouVeau Skin Studio (in Vacaville), we were about seven minutes late due to traffic. After parking, I received a text message from NouVeau's owner asking if we were on our way. I texted her saying that we just parked. The doors were locked when we tried to enter the establishment. We knocked on the door twice, but no one responded. I kept texting her, which she read my messages as I sent them (thanks to the read receipts on iPhones), but did not respond. I got her voice message, which said that she planned on leaving if my mom didn't show up within five minutes so she could "run errands". Meanwhile, my mom and I were trying to make sure we were at the correct location since the doors were locked and no one was responding to us. We went around to the salon next door to see if that was the correct location; however, the wonderful person at the salon told us that NouVeau Skin Studio was two doors down (the initial location that we were at). After several text messages trying to get some direction from the owner (who again was still reading my text messages as I sent them), I called her but she didn't answer my call. Eventually, I text her asking to respond so my mom and I can just leave. She responded saying "yes". Honestly, I should've just kept looking for a more professional skin care specialist for my mom's retirement gift. I'm glad that other people had better experiences than I did, but I thought today was completely ridiculous. Zero out of five stars, but unfortunately, Yelp won't allow me to give this much deserved rating.
