Had made an appointment at another collision center, don't want to name names, because this isn't about them. But, they rhyme with Excalibur! Lol. They are very corporate and had a lot of secretaries running around, so it "felt" pricey to me. On my way home, I stopped in to see Miguel at MBS, and from our first exchange, his walkaround my vehicle, etc. I felt "at home." Left my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. I wracked up all the damages myself over the years, so I wasn't going through an insurance claim, I was coming out of pocket. Not only did MBS deliver my car before the due date, the quality and craftsmanship was superb and they worked with me on the pricing, since it was not on a claim and they saved time on paper work. I give them my absolute highest recommendation! BTW, when I called back the other body shop to cancel my appointment, they didn't even have a record of it! Lost me in the corporate gauze. I paid for a wheel alignment here, but the car continued pulling left exactly as before. No improvement at all. When I came back, they showed me numbers on the alignment screen and said everything was "fine," even though the real-world behavior clearly wasn't. The manager promised twice to call me back and completely ignored it. It feels like their equipment is either worn out or improperly calibrated, and they are not interested in resolving customer issues once they've been paid. Very disappointing experience. I'm so impressed with MBS! A friend recommended the shop when I told her I needed to get my drivers side front fender repaired/replaced. I called on Saturday before Easter to see if I could stop by and get a quote and they told me to come by anytime before they closed. I did some googling beforehand to get an idea what the repair/replacement might cost so I was prepared. When I arrived Armando helped me out immediately by assessing the damage. He had two quotes to replace the damaged part(s) for me in less than 15 minutes, they were in line with expectations and $200-300 less than the low end of the other quotes I received. They offered to take the car that day or I could return on Monday and told me it would only take 3 days. I dropped it off at opening on Monday morning and drove it home by 2pm on Wednesday. AMAZING WORK! Half of my front bumper came detached due to a collision and I thought I would have to pay an exorbitant amount to get it repaired (I didn't got through insurance). Not only did they make me feel so comfortable as a young woman in a car shop, but they priced me an extremely reasonable quote. They provided me with various options, and even though I went with the cheapest option (replacing the clips but not replacing the bumper)--they went above and beyond! My bumper and headlight, which both had pretty severe scratches, looks brand new! And I'm pretty sure they also washed my car, which was a plus. My mechanic recommends MBS, and I am eager to do the same. A few years back they repaired a deep key gouge; a few weeks back they fixed a crunched-by-a-Kia door. MBS took the door job right away with a detailed estimate that was totally in line with what a car-crazy friend of mine (in a less inflated market than Los Angeles) said repair costs would be there, so I knew I was getting a very fair price. The turnaround time was impressive, particularly because a big replacement part had to be ordered: Thursday morning dropoff and a Monday afternoon pickup. Best of all is the quality of the work. Co-workers burned by other shops advised me to test the door and to check that things are still watertight; all tests were aced, and the car plain looks better than it has in years. The business card says something like "We match all paint", and they sure did for me. If anyone damages my car again, the silver lining will be returning to MBS. read more

I have been a customer of Armando Robledo for a very long time and I keep returning to his shop because of the excellent service I receive and the quality of the work he and his outfit provide. After jockeying back and forth on the phone with Nester about picking up my car on a recent Friday , I was supposed to get my vehicle on Saturday , then I called and said no, can I come today and rightfully so Nester said no, it's not ready. A minute later he calls back and says "come in", the car was still being worked on because I was supposed to come in on Saturday. A part of the bumper that did not meet Armando's approval was the issue. I rushed there to see work still being done on my car. I would have waited till midnight. Didn't have to . The finished product is exceptional. Armando's final touch of approval was the "piece de resistance" instructing him team to take care of it, , I am a long time customer. Bravo to the proprietor and his skillful team. Armando was away on vacation when I left my Nissan Rogue on a earlier Friday evening. I felt comfortable carrying on with Nester who was on deck with Manager Mike Vazquez. Together they met with the insurance adjuster to continue with my claim. In the meantime I rented a car at Midway Car Rentals on Sepulveda in West Los Angeles an MBS recommendation, also a good experience. They helped step in when another mechanic cheated us. My car was stolen broke the door and key ignition, First mechanic charged 1000 to get new key door and ignition but gave me all separate keys and didn't even fix the trunk so I was left with 3 separate keys and no working key fob.. when we asked it. Then he wanted to add on an additional charge for the trunk and key fob racking on even more expenses. So we took my car here instead and they gave me a way lower price plus only one key! I don't know a lot about cars but I trust MBS. Long story short, in the middle of a repair (car theft, damaged ignition) they noticed a tiny little piece of metal was missing, requiring them to purchase a much larger part (or a bundle of parts) for $200. Instead of doing that, Armando was able to MAKE the missing piece in-shop for $75 labor. This is only one part of the story, the whole experience was much better than another shop I went to before him. MBS has won two new customers for life. read more
