    This was a poor customer experience with lack of communication. I really wanted to like Christians…read moreGutters... Initially the company was responsive, coming out to get a quote on the replacement of our back gutters after the winter. The quote was reasonable. I called to accept it and paid 50% up front. I've now given them my money. I was told that a service manager would follow up to schedule. A week goes by and no one calls, so I call back. I'm told I'm on the calendar already for the installation in two weeks but no specific time. I'm told someone should have called me and they apologize for not letting me know. #1 No big deal, I'm on the calendar, that's what matters. I make sure I'm working from home that day. The day arrives. No one shows up. No one calls. I've now given them my money and I've rearranged my calendar. I call the next morning, I'm given the reason as the weather. I'm told someone should have called me and they apologize for not letting me know. #2 We reschedule for the end of the week. I ask for and I'm told that I get a specific morning spot because I have an obligation in the afternoon. I make sure I'm working from home that day...again. I've now given them my money and I've rearranged my calendar twice. The day arrives. No one shows up at the time. Two hours after the time, I call back to get an ETA. I'm told that actually the time slot is a three hour window because prior jobs could run long. I can't argue with that - it's entirely reasonable. They tell me the people are on their way. I reschedule my obligation to later in the day. Inconvenient, but at least this work will get done. End of the day...no one shows up. I don't call because I need to leave for my obligation. As I'm leaving, I get a call. I'm told someone should have called me and they apologize for not letting me know. #3 I'm offered to reschedule again, I ask for my deposit back and that I'll find someone else. Fool me once, same on you. Fool me twice, same on me. Fool me three times? Well that's unprofessional and disruptive to peoples lives. At least I got my money back. Know what you're getting into when you work with Christian's Gutters, or have an unlimited amount of patience.

    Gave them a PowerPoint of what I wanted done. Estimate was not delivered when described. NO RESPECT…read more for the Customer. Wasted weeks. Their apology was weak and apparently don't care if they lose the business. These are thoughts.
