I get there, get greeted, asked to pick polish color and sit down. 15 mins after my arrival, me and another guest was asked to wait about 45 mins because they were backed up AND had quite a few walk-ins. The other guest and I look at each other and said "no problem, we'll wait." So we waited, I kid you not, an hour and 15 mins later, finally get called to sit in a chair but didn't soak my feet or anything until 10 mins or so later Kim came over and started the water etc etc. Okay, fine, I was irritated but still remained pleasant because it's not her fault everyone's running behind. Seems like mostly everyone speaks decent English for the most part and we are able to communicate and understand each other. Kim is great. I got the Special Pedicure with regular polish and manicure with gel color. $72 for mani and pedi. $40 for pedi and $32 for mani. Kim is a bit rough and I flinched a few times because she was scraping and cutting cuticles and stuff too rough for my comfort. I asked her to be more gentle and she acknowledged and all was good. She did miss a few spots here and there and when I told her she said no problem and will fix it. She did. The salon is tucked away in the corner and you can barely see it. It doesn't say "Top Nails" on the building but there are sign lights that say "Nails." Same plaza as Save On or something like that with plenty of parking. Plenty of chairs and tables. Accommodating for the most part. 4- stars only because of the ridiculous wait time. The menu pricing was confusing. I had to ask 3 people for the pricing for my services and I wasn't told a specific price until Kim came along. After I asked for pricing, I decided to follow through with the services. Back in my town, $72!is expensive for these services. Not sure if it's expensive or not for here, but I may continue to frequent this place when I move here permanently. Maybe!

Michael was able to get me in for a 30 minute massage with Reginald and I was very grateful. Later that morning he called me back to advise I could get an hour if I'd like there was a cancellation. I was extremely grateful for the amazing customer service they showed me, as I'm not even a regular client. It says a lot about this business. My massage with Reginald was great. He was very professional and made sure he understood completely where my issue was. I've had massages before for this issue but none that have helped like this one did.
