First time we dealt with the store, we came into the store to ask about how our phone work outside the country. The guy took our info, "looked into" our account, told us we will "automatically " switch to the internal plan once we land and charged $20 extra a month. NOT true, after we came back, we had $200 extra on the bill cause we were charged $12 per day. Second time, we came to the store to add an additional line right before we travel. I specifically asked for one on international plan. After I landed, AGAIN, I received a message of $12 a day cause I am NOT on the right plan I asked for. In addition to what I experienced, my husband went on his own one time and completely mis-informed also. It's one thing you're not sure about the information and you can always ask others, it's another you pretend you do and tell "lies".

Cyber on U was the first store. Max was in constant communication. The change out was done in under 5 minutes. Max even showed me that I have space to add a hard drive. The price was also good. I am considering to go back for a cracked iPad. However, I know I have a place for my clumsy self if anymore of my electronics need some TLC.

I never heard of this place until my husband bought a groupon for $75 to fix my ipad mini…read more First off, that's the original cost so that's not a savings at all. My ipad mini dropped by accident and the screen was cracked. It was still working fine except the glass was broken and you could easily get cut. Again, everything was working like normal and the screen was just cracked..that's all. The ipad was brought in for repair on a dead battery because I forgot to charge it. I get a call from the guy here who said the ipad was charged up and the crack actually caused a black spot on the screen. If I wanted this fixed it's an extra $75. I told him I played with the ipad numerous times after it fell and there was no black spot. He stayed quiet. He probably thought I never saw the screen after it fell...not the case. I told him no, dont fix it and I'll see what he's talking about when I pick it up. Went the next day to pick up and saw the round black spot. I told him this was not there when it fell. Again, he said nothing. I told him how did the black spot appear and he said from the drop. Um, no thats not the case and I told him this wasn't there. Again, he said nothing. Once I got home my husband was very upset and called the location. He spoke to the guy and told him this was a crappy job he did and asked how the spot appeared. He actually told my husband the spot got worse after he opened the ipad to fix it. Clearly the spot appeared after you attempted to fix the glass. Why should we pay to fix your mistake????!!!! He never offered to fix his mess. What kind of customer service do you provide? None apparently. We actually thought bringing my device here was a mistake and we shouldve went to kings plaza mall and had the kiosk people fix it or even my neighborhood guy who does good work with apple products. Now, I have to pay double to fix his mistake. I will not leave this here, I'll be looking to file a complaint with this so called company. I will post a picture of the spot he caused on my ipad.

Unfortunately, the iPad has never worked the same since. It goes dark automatically/randomly for a second and I have to wiggle it to get it to turn back on. I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.
