Ideally, drive in the direction where the building is to your right so that you will not need to cross the double lines. The office is located in a one-level building, and is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading the office entrance. My husband has been very sick this week, so I handled scheduling his appointment at the new office. The office scheduler/manager who worked with me was very polite, friendly, and professional. I don't know about you, but I've had many experiences in the past with office staff who I've sworn truly hate the world. So I really appreciate this friendly service. I waited and heard nothing back, so I called about a week after she took my blood. The receptionist said she was going to call me two days later, guess what! She never did. So AGAIN I called back about another week and I got the same response. I called AGAIN today (5/2/2024) in the morning. The conversation went like this: Receptionist:"Let me get your info, and we'll give you a call in 2 days". Me: "I should've received my results and I called already 2 times before" Receptionist: proceeded to go through the entire month of Aprils call log to "assure me" that I've "not once after my appointment called to know my results". Me: "I did call, you guys took my blood almost a month ago, I need to know the results" Receptionist: "Well since you're new, let me tell you, that's not how we do things here and YOU HAVE TO WAIT two days for my call" and just hung up. Like why... In the time that it took for her to go day by day in the call log, she could've just told me my results.
