The atmosphere is always very relaxing and gives a mom and pops vibe. Which just means that because this is a food chain restaurant the Customer Service and quality of service doesn't change. I always get the shrimp dinner with two sides, which is very pricey, but seafood is typically pricey. A trick I learned over the years which a lot of the cashiers don't tell you is that if you order the Seafood rice its considered as a additional side so you can still get your Two-sides with any dinner. Because they will still charge you separately for the about $6 for the Seafood rice. Everything is always fresh and on point. I only had one incident and it wasn't even at this specific location. I cannot stress enough. Each location is ran completely different. I've been to several different locations and the location in Miami Gardens is my favorite though this restaurant is super pricey, and I never spend under six bucks. I can always count on theCustomer Service, the food, and the atmosphere being amazing.

The ribs were tender and flavorful we enjoyed them, but next time I will request the sauce on the side or probably not at all. I am not a fan of the sauce. The chicken was too white for me, that's one and the other thing is it was terrible, no seasoning, bland, the only taste was the bbq sauce that we don't care for. We will return for the ribs minus the sauce. We will not be back for the chicken Like I said earlier this is only for the bbq. I still have a 1 star for the restaurant, not a fan of their food.

Do better. I hope the owner of this place can train their staff of some better hospitality soon

Disappointing Customer Service Experience…read more I was craving jerk chicken yesterday, 08/19/2026, so I stopped by Chef Tally and ordered a large jerk chicken and jerk pork to share with my brother. I asked the cashier if the meat could be split between two containers. She explained that I needed to purchase an additional plate, which I did, and told me to ask the person cutting the meat if he could place half of the order in the plate I purchased. When I asked him, his response was a very loud and aggressive "NO!" He cut me off twice and spoke to me in a way that I felt was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. I wasn't being difficult or demanding--I was simply following the instructions given to me by the cashier. I calmly said "okay" and walked away because I wasn't interested in arguing. Unfortunately, customer service matters just as much as the food. Based on this experience, I personally will not be returning to or supporting Chef Tally. I hope management takes situations like this seriously because customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

My eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was nice and crisp. My guests ordered fried conch, which was golden brown and tender, but the highlight was the shrimp and waffles! This time, we showed up around 2pm, the oxtails were cooked- so she ordered the oxtails and grits, I ordered the shrimp and grits. Can I tell you how disappointed I was?!? This plate of shrimp and grits, the cream sauce looked like it had been reheated from frozen in the microwave. It looked a little curdled. I'm always down for an adventure- so I ate it. The taste wasn't bad, it just wasn't really good. Sad to say- it was mid at best. Plus, the shrimp still had the tails on. Imagine that! My sister said the oxtails weren't cooked enough- she had to cut the meat off the bones. Hopefully this was just a really off day. Based on my first experience, maybe I should stick to morning visits.. but I'm sure I'll return.

Huge congratulations to the chef, because this was real, authentic soul food done right. This is exactly the kind of food this town has been missing. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like being in mama's house. The prices are very reasonable, which I truly appreciated. Shout-out to Will, who took great care of us and gave excellent recommendations. Everything he suggested was delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Little Greenhouse is a gem, and I'm so happy I finally got to experience it.

There was one customer there around noon and they were in the drive-thru. Since it was a hot day, I opted for the same. There's a large menu board with plenty of fried fish and fried chicken wing options. I didn't want a big meal so I decided on the buffalo wings & fries lunch special. For $6, I got 6 wingettes and fries. There was about a 10min wait at the window to receive my order. The wait wasn't too bad, so it didn't bother me. I was, however, disappointed by the wings. To start, the standard buffalo flavor was there. The wings had been fried appropriately, no complaint there. What was frustrating was that the meat of the chicken was tough. The meat, itself, was hard to chew. It felt like the wings were maybe sitting in some salted water until being cooked but they were in the solution for too long. I was really looking forward to this place living up to its name but the wings really fell flat. The fries, on the other hand? Yummy! They were those lightly-battered crispy fries, fresh out of the oil and held their heat for a while. Service was regular, but that was fine for it being the drive-thru. If the wings were better, I'd have felt like the price I paid was worth it.
