I guess this business does not know what the AD act is. So here you go! The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. Signed into law on July 26, 1990, by President George H.W. Bush, the ADA ensures that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else in areas such as employment, public accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications. It defines disability as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities and mandates that necessary changes be made to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The ADA is divided into three titles: employment, state and local government, and public accommodations

The facility's cleanliness is equally neglected. I go in Friday and the lady goes, "Sorry I have a note here that says it won't be ready until next Thursday. I'm not sure why." I ask how much it'll be and she said $25. I'm frazzled that it's already going to be a delay so I'm like ok fine. Over that weekend I decide that's WAY too much to pay for just a press. I go in on Monday to pick it up and cancel my order and she says, "I'm sorry hunny we don't do any of the work here they send everything to our other location, so your jumpsuit isn't here." Long story short, I wish I knew that ahead of time and after telling me multiple times that she wasn't sure why there was a delay she then miraculously knew it was because they found a rip in one of the stitches which they needed to fix before pressing. The customer should definitely be notified of that before they go ahead with something like that!! I finally got it back the next day and there is a huge rip in the front that WASN'T there before and it's pressed. Soooo she lied to me it was already pressed and they had to quick try and cover their mistake! Only giving it one star because for the review you have to put at least one, otherwise it would be getting -10 stars.

They have an attendant most of the time. The owner Steve is down to earth, friendly, and professional. He listens to his customers, and tries to always improve on his business. I used the drop off service a few times, and it was a huge life saver for me. My family was sick with the Corona virus for over a month. I would not allow myself to have contact directly with the staff at the laundromat, or public. I was able to pack our laundry, and put it into the back end of my trunk. Which the staff came out, and accommodated our calamitous laundry pile up. I recommend this place to all my healthcare co-workers, friends, or anyone I meet. This place surely doesn't disappoint. The only people I think disappoint me is the public who sometimes try to play games on the attendants to get free laundry. I will say this to the public. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us who do pay our fair share. I don't want to pay more, because your trying to rip off a business. It takes hard earned money to start and invest in a business. You know who you are reading this review. Don't think for a minute that your going to help yourself in the end when you ruin it for everyone by playing con games. Lastly, to the parents who have young wild children. The pubic is not your babysitter. I would think on some certain level you would stop what your doing (being on your cell phone, folding laundry, etc) to get control of your kids. If you haven't noticed we are not in an era anymore where children are "safe". It takes seconds for your kid to disappear, or get seriously hurt. If your kid disappears the last memory you will be left with is a video taking them before the inevitable. So wake up, and take charge of your kids like you should have done in the first place. The public one day won't be so forgiving.

Right off the bat they told me it was going to take a couple of weeks to get done, plus a week to deliver my jacket to the cleaner. I wasn't thrilled about that, but did appreciate them telling me up front. It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up.
