Country Walk Laundromat - Lots of machines. About 3 out of order. One smaller washer at $3.50 per load the rest are for large loads at $5.50

We had a ton of laundry to do and we're happy to find that they had the very large size washers and dryers. They use. The pay range app however you can also use quarters as well as they had a change machine on the wall. They also had a spot where you could purchase detergent, but we usually travel with our own. The large washers were $5.50, which is probably the most expensive that we've seen. The dryers however were $.50 per 12 minutes Which is a pretty good price. All in all all of the laundry cost us about $20 today. One frustration that we had is putting $.50 in for the washer for 12 minutes just to finish drying a blanket and it really only ran four minutes, not sure why so we did spend a little extra trying to get everything completely dry. Seems to be a busy place, there were people in and out the entire time we're there. There is a gender, neutral restroom outside the front door that was actually clean, which was a nice added bonus when you have to do laundry. It also has a new name, it looks like it is now called sister base suds although it's still located on maps as country walk laundromat.

Not bad laundry mart. Could not use any change machine and the gas station wouldn't give us any, so…read morethat made life a bit harder. No one was very friendly and that's fine. Laundry done, happy hisband

However, in Nu-Way's defense, the large dryers absolutely completed your load of laundry faster. Basic pricing for washes ($2, maybe $2.50 for longer wash cycles). Reasonable. Cleanliness is so-so, yet that all depends if someone is on site for longer durations (I didn't see anyone between 4:30-6:30 PM on the Sunday prior to Memorial Day). What makes this location somewhat bad is pretty much the clientele. While there are many people that are legit about getting their wash done and leaving without causing any confrontation, there are the ghetto folks that want to be loud and ignorant. I witnessed an older female attempt to stick both of her feet within the large dryers for no reason, then curse patrons when they thought she was over the line with her disturbances. Then, her best friend (another old and loud, unruly woman) accuses patrons of stealing her laundry bag (turned out to be large, white trash bags) and become confrontational with patrons when it became obvious that she forgot that it was on the other side of the laundromat. SMH. If you can ignore the older crack heads and loud gangster rap music that the cars play outside when waiting for your wash to be done, this laundromat is a pretty decent place to get your clothes cleaned. I just hope that the business has staffing available to keep patrons from being verbally abused and intimidated...when washing clothes.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was always able to get the right machine for the…read moreright job. Plenty of room to fold clothes. Place was always cleaned top to bottom. They have an attendant most of the time. The owner Steve is down to earth, friendly, and professional. He listens to his customers, and tries to always improve on his business. I used the drop off service a few times, and it was a huge life saver for me. My family was sick with the Corona virus for over a month. I would not allow myself to have contact directly with the staff at the laundromat, or public. I was able to pack our laundry, and put it into the back end of my trunk. Which the staff came out, and accommodated our calamitous laundry pile up. I recommend this place to all my healthcare co-workers, friends, or anyone I meet. This place surely doesn't disappoint. The only people I think disappoint me is the public who sometimes try to play games on the attendants to get free laundry. I will say this to the public. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us who do pay our fair share. I don't want to pay more, because your trying to rip off a business. It takes hard earned money to start and invest in a business. You know who you are reading this review. Don't think for a minute that your going to help yourself in the end when you ruin it for everyone by playing con games. Lastly, to the parents who have young wild children. The pubic is not your babysitter. I would think on some certain level you would stop what your doing (being on your cell phone, folding laundry, etc) to get control of your kids. If you haven't noticed we are not in an era anymore where children are "safe". It takes seconds for your kid to disappear, or get seriously hurt. If your kid disappears the last memory you will be left with is a video taking them before the inevitable. So wake up, and take charge of your kids like you should have done in the first place. The public one day won't be so forgiving.

Incredibly clean and easy to navigate! Only recommendation is look around a bit first to make sure…read moreyou're using the right sized load washer. Maybe it's just my inexperience, but I could've saved a few dollars if I would've realized there were smaller/cheaper load options for the washer....
