We were told he would be out in the next day or two. It was the next day Dan showed up with his equipment. He explained what he was doing and the chemicals he was applying. Our concern about our pet was met with assurance that his spray was safe for pets once it dries. Dan also took care of an ant problem and sprayed for spiders inside and out. He said he would be back at no charge if the wasps were not gone in the morning. They were all gone. This will be my go to bug guy from now on. I like the customer service much better than the last one we used.
