I called on Monday to see what time it would be ready the next day as I had other things to do in town and wanted to coordinate tasks into one trip. They told me it would be ready first thing Wednesday. I reminded them they promised me it would be on Tuesday. They said, "ok Tuesday then". My wife picked it up after work on Tuesday morning to save me the trip in to town. When I got the coat I realized the gloves were not with the coat. I called and they said they had the gloves and would set them aside until I picked them up. After looking at the coat I noticed there were still soiled spots. Most had been removed, but two were still very noticeable. I would think a cleaner would look at the garment before sticking it in a bag and calling it clean. I was able to remove the spots myself. The point is I shouldn't have had to. I thought the price they charged was very reasonable, but the quality was substandard. I will pay a little more next year and make a trip a few miles further to get a quality job at another dry cleaner.

I guess this business does not know what the AD act is. So here you go! The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. Signed into law on July 26, 1990, by President George H.W. Bush, the ADA ensures that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else in areas such as employment, public accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications. It defines disability as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities and mandates that necessary changes be made to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The ADA is divided into three titles: employment, state and local government, and public accommodations

We had a ton of laundry to do and we're happy to find that they had the very large size washers and dryers. They use. The pay range app however you can also use quarters as well as they had a change machine on the wall. They also had a spot where you could purchase detergent, but we usually travel with our own. The large washers were $5.50, which is probably the most expensive that we've seen. The dryers however were $.50 per 12 minutes Which is a pretty good price. All in all all of the laundry cost us about $20 today. One frustration that we had is putting $.50 in for the washer for 12 minutes just to finish drying a blanket and it really only ran four minutes, not sure why so we did spend a little extra trying to get everything completely dry. Seems to be a busy place, there were people in and out the entire time we're there. There is a gender, neutral restroom outside the front door that was actually clean, which was a nice added bonus when you have to do laundry. It also has a new name, it looks like it is now called sister base suds although it's still located on maps as country walk laundromat.

Several washing machines were also out of service during my visit, and the facility could benefit from some maintenance and updating. I understand that equipment can malfunction, but the lack of communication after multiple attempts to resolve such a straightforward issue is frustrating. I would be happy to update this review if the owner contacts me and returns the $10.
