We ended up having a lot of children (approx 30) ages 3 to 7 and when I suggested that we needed 3 people to lead the kids, he was kind enough to oblige. On the day of the party, Nick, Jeff and Anna were our instructors and from the get-go they were polite, professional and patient. I was so busy during the party --but didn't have to worry for a second about the kids participating in the lego activity. It was a sight to see -- all these 4 - 7 year olds quietly and attentively working with computers and legos! Nick, Jeff and Anna cleaned up everything and were just such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Roman's Robots for any lego-loving child's birthday!

Will (the founder) was extremely clear in his emails and promptly addressed my questions. He suggested tailoring the theme of the party to better meet my son's wishes and age (without me asking for it) even though it would mean more work for them. Will also emailed me two days before the party to confirm that they are coming which I appreciated. 2. On the day of the event, Will and Lucy arrived on time and were very personable and engaging. They made sure the birthday boy felt special and happy. And he did:) along with the guests who clearly enjoyed the program Roman's Robots have put together. 3. Will and Lucy gave my son a very cool and thoughtful gift (I won't spoil) which was very sweet of them and he loved the toy. 4. Finally, I appreciated that the payment procedures were straightforward: no hidden charges, no complicated rules, multiple ways to pay. Very convenient. I highly recommend Roman's Robots!

We hired them for the Taylor Experience for my twins' 7th birthday party. They were phenomenal!…read moreThey have so much experience with kids parties and think of every little detail to make it special and keep the kids engaged with a party host/back up singer and other crew members, so parents can relax and also enjoy the show. They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. This is not something I thought to give the crew a heads up on ahead of time, but they are truly experienced and great with kids. All of these parents shared how often their kids aren't able to enjoy parties, concerts, or truly feel included but they noticed the ways the crew included all of the kids and how this was one of the few times their kids were able to let loose and have fun at an event like this. So an extra thank you for that!!

The Pearmund cellars winery was also a great place to set up because we were under a large willow tree that gave privacy and shade. The picnic set up itself was beautiful! I gave a few suggestions based on what I saw online and they really hit every mark. There were several cute little touches included like mini fans, bug spray and some water. My partner was so surprised and it felt so special. I only wish there was a fuller gallery on the website so you can see more detailed pictures/different angles. I had to comb through their IG and Facebook to find something more along the lines of what I was looking for.
