He was the last kitten to pick up and he immediately turned over onto his back and snuggled in and made this pipsqueak noise. We knew that his mother was a feral cat, and we were wondering what a kitten even needs! The vet at Penmar was amazing! As soon as he walked into the room, I had a feeling of him being a small town doctor. He was warm and friendly, and he seemed to know what questions we had before we even asked them! His support staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The vet talked with us extensively and he really knew his stuff! He had suggestions for the kitten's future care as to what we should do and what would be a good idea to do. The vet seemed to care for us as Murr's parents and was very patient with us. This place is two very enthusiastic thumbs up! I feel better knowing my Murr has a knowledgeable place to go for top-notch vet. care!

Dr. Kudrick told us "I've seen too many sick dogs today and can't see anymore. I'm sick myself. Good luck if you get him to another vet, it sounds like he probably won't make it." Despite him being the on call vet and he should have been available to us. As a family desperately trying to find care for our dog, this is was the most heartbreaking thing we could've heard. All we wanted was to help him feel better and Dr. Kudrick gave us not even a drop of advice or solace. Doctors take a Hippocratic oath to take care of others to the best of their ability, and Dr. Kudrick broke that oath ten fold yesterday. He could not be given less stars in our opinion.

Pets After Life Services shortened to PALS is truly a great name. I had called the local vet office and they referred me here. This was the place that they used in times of need and I figured my little man could use the same services. I had called ahead to set up a time to bring him here and have him taken care of. Even though it was a hard time and I was scatter brained about everything, they showed compassion and took their time with me. They walked me through everything over the phone before I arrived. When I did arrive they showed me more compassion while I was in here. They showed me how much they care about your fur baby as much as you do. They told me everything that would happen and everything that would happen afterward. I was able to select the urn like container that I would receive little man back in. After they did what they did they called and I headed back to pick little man up. I received him in my selected urn like container with a certificate with his name on it, the Rainbow Bridge poem, and a detailed receipt. Honestly, I never want to be put in this position again, but they put me at ease in my time of need. I miss him every day, but I at least know I gave him the dignity he deserved in the end.
