Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. If I could give an extra star for going above and beyond what other facilities do, I would. Before establishing care here, I lived by the UCLA Ronald Reagan Center which is one of the top-rated medical centers in the US. Having experienced their level of service which was great and comparing it to here- I would say here is the same level of quality but probably better if I'm being honest. Dr. Gibson's expertise in medicine is exceptional and what's noteworthy is his ability to explain seemingly complex topics in ways that are digestible and absorbed by you and me. I never feel rushed during an appointment and the doctor remembers everything I've told him which shows his attention to detail and his care for each patient. Sometimes I think it's easy to feel like you're just another patient at medical facilities but you won't experience that here. I have has many primary care physicians in my lifetime, but his wisdom, caring, and sensible advice made for a very pleasant relationship. I rarely come to crying, but I feel a deep loss personally. I'm not privy, but I'm guessing had been dealing will some overwhelming personal issues as well as under pressure from the perils of running a practice within the current structure of medicine; low insurance reimbursements, predatory hospitals, etc. The outpouring of love, affection, and respect at the memorial service was one of the most amazing I have witnessed. I'm in and out on time and am encouraged to ask questions, go for follow-up when necessary, and continue to refuse the $25 voluntary fee each year without a problem. In my five years with this practice, I have never had an issue with billing and have probably seen each of their doctors once (including Dr. Abbey who is no longer with them... sad face). I've also traveled to their McLean office in order to get an earlier appointment and have had no troubles there either!
