A bracket was not properly welded and separated from the other piece. We had initially stopped by another shop a block away and were dismissed and not taken seriously. We stopped by this shop without much expectation and Jim at the front office immediately came out to look at our table. He mentioned that it was an easy job and they could fix it right away. Don? maybe Ron? worked on our table for less than 5 minutes and even reinforced another part of the table to make sure it would work OK. I asked for the fee of the service offered and said it was free! I offered a tip and it was kindly refused. They were happy to do it and did not expect anything in return. We went in search of a service and expected to pay, this was way to generous. If you read this, please spread the word. It is great to find caring, honest and good service in this world. There is a front desk with only three nice girls that follow a tiny price list and a computer. If you are not an expert, don't expect much from that visit because their office offers no displays, no catalogs, no visuals. There is only a pegboard with a few pieces of metals, again, with no prices for materials or services, no technical data. No waiting room, no place to sit. Information is not readily available unless someone there knows you.
