A bracket was not properly welded and separated from the other piece. We had initially stopped by another shop a block away and were dismissed and not taken seriously. We stopped by this shop without much expectation and Jim at the front office immediately came out to look at our table. He mentioned that it was an easy job and they could fix it right away. Don? maybe Ron? worked on our table for less than 5 minutes and even reinforced another part of the table to make sure it would work OK. I asked for the fee of the service offered and said it was free! I offered a tip and it was kindly refused. They were happy to do it and did not expect anything in return. We went in search of a service and expected to pay, this was way to generous. If you read this, please spread the word. It is great to find caring, honest and good service in this world.
