As I stood waiting for my dogs, I listened to the staff talk to a family who was going to purchase one of their puppies. They gave a whole lecture about how they love all of their dogs and have the right to take the dog back if they find out it's not being treated well, etc., etc. My dogs they didn't care so much about. My beagle was bleeding when I picked him up. Nothing was said to me about it. And both dogs had their harnesses wrapped around their necks instead of properly on their bodies. I was told the staff didn't know how they worked. Really? Just be aware. They look like a great facility, but they may not give you the service they promise.
