While I was holding the 12 pack of blue moon and hard coffee I reached up to get a 12 pack off the top shelf. The package split open and the cans fell to the floor. A gentleman came out the booth and helped me pick it up .I apologized even though it was their package that split open. I was told it wasn't a problem but after paying for everything another man gave me the damaged cans. I said that I didn't want that package and he said you have to buy what you dropped. I told him that I didn't drop it. The package split when I was getting it down and I was told that it wasn't a problem and I was good. He refused to give me the undamaged Seltzer and said that I could open it over the sink. I asked him if this was worth losing a customer over and he said yes. I than told that I wouldn't be back. At which he stated good have a good night. The customer service that I received from this man was horrible. I have shopped there many times before and spent a lot of money there. This was the last time. I won't be back. You guys really need to have your employees give better customer service. No way to run a business. Especially when so many small businesses are facing closure. Very poor service from this man!

On Sunday around 4:40 p.m., I purchased a case of Simply Spiked Lemonade 12 pk. The employee placed the case in my backseat, and I moved it to the floor because I didn't want it sitting on my seat. When I arrived at my destination and went to pick up the case, I noticed liquid leaking from it. After checking it I found that at least two cans had tiny holes and were leaking. The cans weren't opened, but they were leaking enough to make a mess and leave my car smelling like alcohol. At 4:58 p.m., I immediately called the store to let them know what had happened, but they were already closed at 4:50 pm per Google so I left a voicemail. I wasn't calling to ask for a refund or replacement I simply wanted to let them know there may have been an issue with the product. Since the cans were leaking all over my car, I discarded them. After not receiving a return call, I called again today. The employee returned my call, but before I could fully explain what happened, I was immediately told it couldn't have happened because they check every case before it leaves the store. I repeatedly explained that I wasn't asking for money back I only wanted to make them aware of what had occurred. Instead of listening, I was talked over, and they hung up on me. I called back and asked the gentleman who had been rude to me if he was the owner. He said he was. I then asked for his name, and he told me I didn't need to know his name and proceeded to hang up on me. I understand that businesses may disagree with a customer's account, but there's a respectful way to handle those conversations. I wasn't looking for compensation I simply wanted to make them aware of a product issue. What disappointed me wasn't the leaking cans it was how my concerns were handled. Based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
