I didn't even want to post one of the stars for the review…read more This office personal, staff and the little boys that go out to do the survey have no professional mannerism whatsoever! They do not stand behind their word. I regret ever dealing with this company. Once they have your money in hand, they can care less. I waited for almost 2 hours in their office, waiting to pick up a document that was suppose to be ready for picked up. After reviewing it, I noticed an error on the survey, which I notified them about. PCE, to this day has not come out to correct it. I also informed them that I need one that is signed, I still have not received that request either. When I notified them about these issues for the 3rd time, I came home that same day to find a bunch of tiny sticks with red tags all along only one side of my property. I recently had back surgery & wrist surgery, (which they are aware of) and cannot bend to pull them out of the lawn. I have asked them to come remove them and again, there is no response. I would run the other, had someone had taken the time to leave a review. It could have saved me $500.00! I don't trust the work now and am contemplating on getting another company out here that knows what they are doing, how to run a business and how to treat a customer. What a nightmare!
