They do not stand behind their word. I regret ever dealing with this company. Once they have your money in hand, they can care less. I waited for almost 2 hours in their office, waiting to pick up a document that was suppose to be ready for picked up. After reviewing it, I noticed an error on the survey, which I notified them about. PCE, to this day has not come out to correct it. I also informed them that I need one that is signed, I still have not received that request either. When I notified them about these issues for the 3rd time, I came home that same day to find a bunch of tiny sticks with red tags all along only one side of my property. I recently had back surgery & wrist surgery, (which they are aware of) and cannot bend to pull them out of the lawn. I have asked them to come remove them and again, there is no response. I would run the other, had someone had taken the time to leave a review. It could have saved me $500.00! I don't trust the work now and am contemplating on getting another company out here that knows what they are doing, how to run a business and how to treat a customer. What a nightmare!

The house was already cleaned so I requested them to just focus on deep cleaning the bathroom, inside fridge and oven and wipe/sanitize cabinets. Some cabinets and surfaces were still dusty, inside of freezer was still dirty, bath tub was untouched and shower fixtures were not wiped at all. I had to leave for an appointment, I specifically requested them to notify me once they leave as I am paying them on an hourly basis. When I got back home prior to agreed time, they were already gone, did not notify me when they left. This is a complete waste of time and money! I will never hire this company again and will never recommend to family and friends! Needless to say, it was a HORRIBLE experience!
