I had my brows done in January of 2021 and went back for my touch up sometime in March of 2021. They cancelled my appt for touch up due to a snow storm and couldn't accommodate me sooner for touch up. It had been about 11 Months since I had my procedure. I am writing my review now because I wanted to wait for the final results. Julianna did a very good job. I healed rather quickly and never had an issue! I protected them and still do every day with sunblock and try not to put face creams on top. I am happy with my experience and brows as they do look natural. That is something where Julianna excels at-she ensures her clients do not look crazy or too made up regardless of their requests. She genuinely takes pride In her work and it shows. Mine are darker than what she had originally suggested as I opted for combo brows-micro blading and shading. I love the color and so love the look! My brows look great and dive received many compliments-even from strangers! I do admit, however, that I along with a few others noticed a few imperfections. When I went in for my touch up I told Julianna that I was concerned they were slightly different and she said they were fine. She barely touched them during touch up. She is the pro though therefore I guess that's a good sign? She's confident in her work but she should have paid more attention to my concern bc I see it even more now . One is slightly shorter and slightly thinner than the other which extends horizontally and is thicker than the other. I didn't have perfect brows to begin with-don't believe any of us do and I guess she can only do so much! LOL I do believe she could have made more of an effort to touch them up especially after I voiced my concern. Shame on me for not speaking up again but I did confide and trust her. Nonetheless, they look good. I received a referral for Julianna by Kristina from Browsbykristina At the Strand Salon in Paramus. She is a master brow artist and she highly recommended Julianna. When I went in and told Lash and Brow that Kristina referred me they didn't even know who she was! In fact, Kristina refers all of her clients here just because of Juliana's great work. I'm hoping they will last the 3 years I was told they would last. It was something I contemplated for many years and I do love to wake up with brows as I feel they frame your face! The ladies started massaging, and almost immediately, started upselling. Then as my lady was massaging, she continuously burped up the flavors of her lunch. It was disgusting. I was so shocked I actually didn't know what to do. I wanted to end it so I could throw up. No apologies or corrections....like burping on top of customers at a spa is a completely normal thing to do. Also charged me the taxes like everyone else. I wouldn't go back for a massage if they paid me.

Then the receptionist said 6 dollar tax we knew nothing about didn't argue though gave it to them. The massage started and it was okay... during the massage the lady kept telling me I'm so tense and I need to add hot stone to my massage which would be an extra $20 I declined about 9 times before she respected my wishes. Only after I told her what if she adds the hot stone and I don't like it would I be refunded the money. It made me feel very uncomfortable but I ignored it and continued to enjoy the little time I finally got to go outside. Once the massage was done they rushed us to get dress not even a minute passed that they came back into the room. I said can we please have 3 more minutes to dress she said no sorry today's a very busy night. They started to strip the room while my partner and I were still getting dressed. Felt once again very uncomfortable After all that still tried to tip that's how I am putting others before me. She said no she couldn't take it at the moment due to cleaning to get the next couple ready to come it. She stated that I could leave it at the front. But after being rushed I decided not to tip so we walked right out. The receptionist ran outside yelling "you no tip" "you have to tip" such bad customer service. TIPS aren't mandatory tips are based on good and kind service. It's honestly a reward. You don't force people to add more to the services. I understand the point of sales but that's NOT how you sell a product. You DON"T CHASE PEOPLE FOR A TIP WHEN THE SERVICE WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. Will never go back! I don't know if it's a cultural thing but it's honestly bad practice .. I hope reviews like this open the eyes of the workers and owners and treat people like humans with respect
