There was just one lady, and she was very nice and sweet. She was diligent and cared for the requests that I made for my nails, which in turned took about an hour for a full set. (Almost freaked me out by being late to my ferry, btw convenient if you have time waiting for the ferry.) I requested black tips, with almond shape. The shape actually turned out to be ballerina, which was also cute. I wasn't going to change her direction because I was on a time limit. And then on my ring fingers, she added accents, which wasn't by request, so I absolutely appreciate her work! She does not accept credit cards, just cash, not sure about checks. I learned that the hard way. Other than, amazing experience and even offered additional services when I'm back in town.

I was really very excited to have these things done professionally for the first time for my big day! 5 days before my wedding she emailed to cancel because not enough of my bridal party was requiring her services, as if the $245 I had already paid her IN ADVANCE to be my stylist was not enough for the 2 hours it would take to complete her task. (Not to mention the members of my bridal party that did intend on hiring her.) But, I do understand the economic concept of costs vs benefits. What really disappointed me was the fact that when she cancelled, she assured me that she would priority mail the hair extensions and my refunded money to be by the thursday before my wedding so that my new stylist would be able to use the extensions to complete my wedding hair vision, and that did not happen. Instead, I am home from my honeymoon now, two weeks after I expected the package, and I have STILL NOT received it. No extensions and no $245 refund.
