A "Friend" from Triangle installed both units, NEVER Even finished the work (no line hindes or after spending over 2500 IN JUST LABOR for the mini split, I happened across these GREAT Folks through the help of a friend. Even thought the "parts" were covered on both units it still cost 2500.00 in the LABOR. They went and FOUGHT for my issue with the local supplier and not everything works PERFECTLY. Professional, Knowledgeable, friendly, cleanup after the work is done. THIS is what you call SERVICE. I wish I had found them a year before I we did. A blower motor had to be transported from another location (my unit is old) so we had to wait a day for the part. Rojas called to explain and then kept me informed of the plans. He gave me an approximate time to finish the repair the next morning and, sure enough, he called about 30 minutes before the appointed time to say he was on his way. Nice, personable guy. (But I try not to chit chat too much with busy repairmen going from emergency to emergency.) Repair cost was fair according to the internet forums. I'm glad someone recommended him.
