a sign for a chinese restaurant

I stopped at May Garden very recently for dinner takeout, which is located just north of the main drag near the fire station. The full service dining room and bar has a clean and casual atmosphere with ample table seating, new tile floors, piano, and decor including lighted pictures on the walls. I ordered Combination C ($6.80 plus tax): Teriyaki Beef, Fried Shrimp, and Pork Fried Rice to go, which was ready in under 10 minutes. As for the food, the beef teriyaki sticks (2 of them) were pretty good, thick & tender marinated beef. However, I was very disappointed by the very modest portion of food for the price. Other Chinese restaurants I've been to in this area give you more tasty food for the money. The fried shrimp was mostly batter and really only two regular sized shrimp cut in halves to make the pieces look bigger. The pork fried rice (tan color) with pork cubes and onion had a very firm and grainy texture. I prefer rice that has a soft and light texture. I probably would not return here since there are plenty of options for decent Chinese food offering better value in the area.

    Yum! My favorite!

Worst beef lo mein ever. It was creamy and had very little beef and veggies, it was all noodle and liquid.

This is my favorite place to get chinese food in NH and beyond. Worth driving out of my way to order from here.

In short, this is my "go to" Chinese restaurant, mainly because their "Lunch and Dinner Specials," which are always available, give me everything I want: Egg Roll, Rice, and Main item, plus fortune cookie, for a reasonable price. I usually get Szechuan Chicken or Chow Mein, but also order Pork or Chicken Lo Mein either as stand alone or as a substitute for the rice in the order (slight upcharge). The Egg Roll, as noted by other reviewers, is large and excellent, as is the pork fried rice that comes with most dishes. I often substitute white rice, which is also great. Only once in those 15 years did I get something that wasn't 5-stars: Sesame chicken. It was just a bit too sweet and came as golfball-sized chicken nuggets. Guess you can always find something to complain about. But overall, I drive 30 minutes and pass by three other chinese places to get to Million Dragon, and never go anywhere else unless I want to sit down (they have a few ables, but no one seems to eat there) and be waited on (then Green Ginger fits the bill). I highly recommend you give them a try.

First-time customer here -- and I'm so glad I found this place!…read more I placed a sizable takeout order on New Year's Eve day, arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, and everything was already packed and ready to go. The staff at the front desk were kind, welcoming, and incredibly organized. They handed me perfectly packed, piping-hot food, offered me chopsticks, and I was on my way in minutes. Somehow, the food even stayed warm for hours -- the first servings didn't need reheating at all! The quality was outstanding. Everything we ordered was easily the best Chinese food we've had in the region. Even though it's about a half-hour drive from home, it will be well worth the trip, and we'll definitely be repeat customers. I also want to highlight how vegetarian- and vegan-friendly the menu is. There are lots of tofu options, and when I requested vegetarian sauce for the mixed vegetable dinner, they thoughtfully accommodated it. I really appreciated that attention to detail. The vegetarian egg rolls were a rare treat, and the crab rangoon was reportedly fresh and house-made. I'm looking forward to dining in sometime -- the restaurant is spacious yet cozy, with soft lighting and a relaxed feel. Based on my experience, the customer care here is genuinely thoughtful, and the food is fantastic. I'll be sure to upload photos on a future visit! Highly recommended.

And when my friends told me about Han Fusion offering almost all of their dishes gluten-free, I knew I had to give them a go. They did not disappoint. We arrived a few minutes after opening and were sat right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food came out piping hot and it was ooooh soooo delicious. I got the sesame chicken lunch special that came with soup and rice. The only sad part about my experience, is I will have to visit New Hampshire to get to enjoy it again! And honestly, its quite worth a trip to New Hampshire for this delicious food. The price was excellent as well. The ambiance was cozy.
