They listen and respond accordingly. Soft, medium or deep massage they all have a good style and do a great job. I personally like a deep tissue but not one that is overly painful. I am learning that if possible try and go twice a month. After all our bodies need it to stay flexible and our mind and spirit needs it to stay feeling emotionally health. Yes it's a treat but we all deserve it in todays world. Another thing I have realized is these ladies may be smaller but they don't lack strength. If you what deep they are very capable.
