When I went to do that, she scolded me in front of the entire gas station to embarrass me and tell me that's what the sink in the bathroom was for and to excuse me and what did I think I was doing. I had to explain to her about the sink and directions in the bathroom. she looked shocked and said "oh" and without apologizing. Service attendees should be friendly and kind, but she decided to try to humiliate me for following their own directions....we didn't buy anything and will not be back. I haven't been talked down to like that ever at a gas station, ESPECIALLY FOR USING A SINK. Work on friendly service.

Always make sure to keep an eye on your fuel gauge…read morebecause you do not want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with an empty tank of gas in your vehicle. On our way to Napa with the family, we were fortunate to spot this Shell station just when we needed them. This gasoline station has a small convenience store with all kinds of snack and drinks. They have a restroom open to the public which is much appreciated during these pandemic times. The store could use a makeover, but other than that everything was fine. Service by the staff was good and friendly. Gas prices were reasonable. Bought my lotto ticket and chips. Would not hesitate to stop by this gas station in Rio Vista if we are ever in the neighborhood again.

How does this location not have any reviews yet?…read more Im a local here and i have to say, the employees that work here do a very good job. They are great with the huge streams of costumers that are passing by on route 12. And the store is always clean. I don't know all the names so i will generalize the entire staff working here around this posting time are absolutely fantastic and i hope someone from above actually reads this! They offer your costumers a level of service that is seldom found in society today. They always know exactly what smokes i want and i don't even have to ask. I know why I'm here and they know why I'm here and i like that! Here is the most important part about these employees, they actually stop and ask you if you want to use your chevron card and give you an opportunity to use it which in turn saves you money and gets you gas savings! Ps. I have also gotten coffee here and its good, the condiments are always in order which is crazy considering how busy this joint is. To who ever owns this joint... take care of these ones!

The company was founded by Bill Ramos and began delivering bulk and pre-packaged petroleum products to farms, service stations, construction sites, government entities and mines. Today the family business has expanded to offer these services as well as nationwide fueling access to the Commercial Fueling Network (CFN). A tour van I took in the Sacramento Delta was serviced by Ramos Oil. Ramos Oil now distributes almost every petroleum, fuel and chemical product as well as offering equipment and services. This business is a great example of a long-standing, successful, local, family-owned business in the delta area.
