So they replaced a ps pump for me along with many other things but im not going to explain…read moreeverything they did wrong which was most of everything. So on to the ps pump replacement they didnt re use or order new honda oem pre bent ps hoses, so they get stock reg hose and wrap it around and its not rated for ps fluid its coolant hose. So tonignt i find out that hose collapsed thanks caliber I would never go here again I had a few things replaced ps, ac, lca, etc, some other things (almost 4k) they screwed up were they left radiator support loose it was just dangling, they stripped a bolt in the support you would think a shop would re thread that, 2 sensor went in fine came out broke knock n oil pressure. The ac doesn't even blow as cold as it should, they were suppose to replace tensioner pulley also looks to be same worn stock oem one, really just expected better.

They already had a full fridge of water with a coffee machine and hot chocolate machine. The staff was very friendly and helped me quickly and started on my car right away, I was probably 10 mins early. Wait was about 40 mins which is about the time they promised. They provided an inspection of things that could be worked on next, which was goood because I was going to ask that. My receipt even had them in there along with estimates. No hassle or stress I was in a KD out and back home on my couch in no time! I highly recommen

Can I get an oil change at another place? Yes. Will I go to another place? No. This staff at this…read morelocation has always provided great service, and do a great job. I came in on a Saturday, and they were not to busy, and I was out in about 30 minutes are so. I really appreciate the gentleman, that helped, as he showed me the air filter, and said, "it still looks good". So how many times have you ever taken your car for an oil change, and they always tell you, "You should replace it". Well, every time I take my car to Jiffy Lube, they are honest. Because of COVID, this location makes you stay in your vehicle, and I am fine with that, and for someone in the healthcare industry, I really appreciate it. Thank you again.

But all three people that were working when I was there all needed more training, it was clear non of them knew what they were doing. I took by car for a oil change/inspection, after awhile she came in and expressed that they were having trouble getting the filter cap off, she said they had 3 people trying..... they ended up telling me that I had to go back to the people that screwed it on too tight and have them take it off.... Basically they already emptied my oil and now could not fix it. They said they filled it with 3quarts so I could make it straight to a mechanic. They also took an extremely long time with the inspection after telling me they could not do the oil change, way longer than any inspection I've ever had. I went to a amazing mechanic that I have gone too before and he got the cap off immediately!! Jiffy lube broke the cap trying to take it off so I had to replace that too. Bottom line, they're not training people like they should. I will never return and would never recommend anyone else to go here!

I discovered Quantum Mechanix probably 10 years ago when we first moved to Mansfield. We had an…read moreissue with our Tahoe and someone I trusted gave us a great word-of-mouth recommendation. Tommy just came through for us again. My son Eric was driving the old Tahoe and started noticing a coolant leak. He diagnosed it as a water pump and we gave Eric the number for Quantum. Tommy took it in, diagnosed it as a shot water pump and gave me a quote with options for replacing with an original Chevy part or a less expensive aftermarket that he knew to be reliable. Frankly, the quote was hundreds less than I expected. I am a fairly decent mechanic and would gladly pay his quoted price. He got the work done the day he was able to diagnose the problem. On time, exactly as quoted and functioning perfectly. I have recommended Quantum to friends for a decade and they all agree that you get honest work done right at a fair price. Everything you need in a mechanic shop!

If you're looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, look no further. Took my 2006…read moreMonte Carlo SS to the local Arlington Chevrolet dealership figuring since my car is a Chevy, they'd know the most about it. Engine wasn't starting immediately after turning the key. They performed their analysis and recommended a new starter and battery cables, for which they wanted to charge me $1,400+. I previously had the MC there for the same problem and, after $400+ in analysis charges, it was a $20 gas cap. Wanting a second opinion, I scheduled an appointment with Quantum. Due to their high volume of work, I had to wait 2-1/2 weeks, but the wait was well worth it. Tommy, the owner, looked at the battery cables and starter and said there was no problem with them. However, apparently some General Motors vehicles have this starting problem. Not enough fuel is getting to the fuel injectors when the key is turned. He pressure-checked the fuel pump and found it to be the problem. Rather than spending $1,200+, he showed me how to ensure the injectors have enough fuel so the engine will start on the first turn of the key. I've had cars serviced over 50+ years and Tommy is the first mechanic that took his time to fully explain the issue and the solution. He knows what he's doing and most importantly, he's honest. You can't go wrong with Quantum Mechanix.
