When we called Lane, she said that there was some "4 day policy" where after those 4 days, the client has to pay to have her hair fixed even if it was the stylist that messed it up. RIDICULOUS. We then asked to speak to the owner, Emily. Upon talking you Emily, she was very rude and ended up hanging up on my mother claiming she was trying to get her hair done for free. Yes, she was trying to get her hair done for free BECAUSE LANE MESSED IT UP THE FIRST TIME!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU DO, DO NOT USE LANE OR EMILY. I had Lane put some ombré blonde on my dark hair and Shevardnadze did measly pinstripes on the bottom. She teased my hair to do it. I've never had a stylist tease my hair to put highlights in. She put such a knot in my hair that she couldn't get it out. She made me comb my wet hairbrush out myself so she could play on her phone. The knot was so bad that I had to go to another salon to get it out. It took my other girl almost 20 minutes to get it out. Again, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!!

For the last 10 or so years, I've just shaved my head, since I'm thinning out, and finally decided to grow it out to see if there's anything to be done with it. Christy did a fantastic job. My hair looked great when I left. She's also great at carrying a conversation and was great to talk to. I had to bring my daughter along and was concerned about keeping her occupied while she waited on me. Krissi was nice enough to take my daughter as a walk-in while my hair was getting done. After she was done with my daughter, Krissi turned on cartoons to keep her busy. Great service. I'll definitely be back.
