Just Brittney the owner works there. It was so relaxing that when I tired to get off the table I had a hard time b/c I was so relaxed from my 90 min facial. I am glad she had walked out b/c I am sure I might have looked intoxicated. Brittney was calm, cool and collected with such a soft voice and touch. She was friendly and kind. My skin looks amazing today. I had not had a facial in quite a few years. I also liked that she didn't try to upsell me or pressure me into buying products. She does have them available but I was not given the normal sales speeches a lot of places give you, which to me is a plus. I have already told my friends about her place who live in other cities in middle TN and they want to come do a spa day with me at Advanced Skin. Brittney, I loved my facial and getting to know you. I had continual issues of too much hair being installed, beads not being installed properly, wades of hair coming out when brushing, extensions coming loose and hanging down only a couple of weeks after being serviced, hair coloring that faded only 10 days after being colored with no offer of correcting, etc.... Upon finding out that hairdresser had left salon, no one offered to help me with the concerns that I was still facing with the hair extension bought through this salon. I was told only to go see whom had been doing my hair, someone I was not even happy with to begin with. I was just left hanging!!!! I am out $1500 in hair extensions and money I have paid for nonstop servicing on them every 2-3 weeks. I will not recommend this salon to anyone for any type of service moving forward.

The customer service here was top notch! Very kind & attentive staff and the environment is super cozy. Facials are a regular indulgence for me but I have to say, this was by far the best one I've ever had! The treatment I received was very relaxing (even through extractions!) and included a peaceful shoulder and hand massage that came as a pleasant surprise! You can tell that McKensie really takes pride in what she does, it honestly felt like I had been a client of hers forever! I left feeling rejuvenated & am looking forward to returning again soon! I'm still new to this area, and found myself wandering in circles when my GPS died. I was getting hangry, and since it was almost lunch time, I figured I would stop in to the Perch for coffee and a crepe. Lunch was very tasty, and after I was finished I realized that the Skinbar and the Perch were connected. Today I had my first power peel using glycolic acid and she explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. What a treat- in fact I love them more than many of the full body massages I've gotten in my life. The shop is beautiful and showcases their line of products, which you may like to purchase for yourself or others. I use the eye cream, vitamin c concentrate, skin boost serum , mint chapsticks, deluxe face kream lite and the hydradew mask.
