A couple days after the initial visit, I realized the colour was not going to settle into my desired appearance. I called and she said she would help me correct my impulsive choice without doing everything all over again. This visit, I gave myself time to ask questions and better understand how my choice will affect my desired appearance. The results are vastly improved. She adapted it to a color that I was more comfortable with. She saved me from my impulsive choice and from needing a complete process all over again. Thank you :-)

I was lucky to come across this place. To be honest if I had not find it I was ready to go home take some clippers to my head, that's how desperate I was. The ladies were friendly and she skills didn't seem to be lacking, but she didn't seem to understand exactly what I was wanting. At this point though I was honestly glad to not be completely bald and to not look like Ray Charles had cut it. I have enjoyed the cut, though not sure that I would go back as I want to insure I get what I want despite the fact that "it's just hair it grows back." When she "fixed" my nail the gel was not properly dried so it left very prominent lines which I had to point out to her, she was going to let me walk out without fixing it. She most likely didn't notice because she was on her phone the whole time. I went in to fix that nail to begin with. There was no scrubbing of my heals or the balls of my feet. The most shocking part of this experience was when she told me the total.... I paid the most for the worst pedicure ever... $64 All of the products that were used I could have purchased at the local Walmart and could have saved money and had a better pedicure at home.
