To set the scene the waiting room is in the middle of the shop and 3 barbers were working. This barbershop claims a welcoming environment, but not one word was spoken to me until my barber showed up 3-4 minutes late to my appointment (I was there roughly 8 minutes prior to my appointment). Now to get into the haircut which wasn't a bad haircut I walked away looking decent. Master barber Marco stated he didn't have enough time to shave my head and he'd need me to select on the website haircut and shave for me to get that done. As a first time customer that's not really helpful or beneficial as I'm already in the chair and now I'm going into a haircut knowing I won't be getting what I expected. After about 17 minutes of him jamming the clippers into the side of my head and neck we finished and I paid with 9 minutes to spare. I'm fairly certain he could have made my experience and exceeded my expectations, but I'm not one to judge the ability of someone with their craft. It just seems like I could have received what I wanted if they truly were interested in providing excellent customer service. I don't think I will find it in me to try the other barbers based on this first experience.

He cut my hair exactly as requested & gave the best beard trim I've ever had. I can't even get it as good as Ryan did. Ryan said that Fridays & Saturdays are busy, so you have to get there early on those days. Friendly atmosphere here & great service just can't be beat.
