All of them have been great and they really focus on your troubled areas. I also had a head spa treatment by Hannah. and that service is heavenly. You can book your appointments online, which is convenient and easy. I try to book monthly massages , but I wish it was weekly. I'm always looking forward to my services here. Friendly receptionist as well. Highly recommend if your looking for a spa!

This place was awful! My husband and I went in together. Neither massage lady spoke English. They…read moreasked for a $20 tip each before we started. They beat the crap out of your back, arms and legs when they are done massaging them. Like harder than they worked on your back. It actually hurt. My lady while massaging my face decides to press on my eyebrows but ended up slipping on one eye and pressing my eye. I jumped and said "ugh" and she didn't even seem fazed. While getting back dressed they both came back into the room and starting taking paper things off the bedding. The bedding is awful. The towel to cover you is rough and small. The pillows are questionable with Peppy pig pillow case on them. Just super unprofessional. My husband left them a tip but only $10 each bc he had agreed he would leave a tip when we got there but otherwise I wouldn't have dared.

I received a coupon for a free massage for Christmas and I was hesitant to use it. I have a health…read morecondition that makes me extremely sensitive to touch and pressure. It causes unimaginable pain when pressure is asserted on my legs and lower back. The person that gave me the coupon had no idea about my situation. When I went in for my appointment they said it will probably take up about an hour to an hour and a half of my time because they do not rush into any of the treatments. I was fine with that as I needed a little while to relax and settle into the process. There is a warm and quiet atmosphere as soon as you walk into the foyer. This is an old house converted into a business. It has a pretty stone exterior and wood flooring inside. I was shown into a room and told to undress to my 'comfort level' and put the fluffy robe on. I was then taken upstairs to a steam room. I had a choice of vapors, one that relaxes and one that opens the sinuses. I chose the eucalyptus to open my sinuses in hopes it would improve my headaches. The steam had completely relaxed me and probably lasted half an hour (no watch or wall clock), long enough to almost put me to sleep. A light tap on the door with instructions of 'when you are ready to come downstairs' to do so. I did take my time, only because my muscles were already so relaxed I was wobbly and didn't want to take a tumble down the stairs. I was ushered into a massage room downstairs and covered with a hot sheet. I was left alone in this room for several minutes to just relax, enjoy the music and warm sheet. When the therapist returned she asked if I want a deep massage and I assured I didn't and would appreciate it greatly if she would be as light as possible and still do an effective job. She understood and proceeded with oil and asked about the pressure. Once we were on the same page I just relaxed and let go. It was a very thorough massage from several minutes on the scalp to in between the toes. I am so glad that my first massage experience was here and with these people. This day made me fall in love with massage therapy. I was to go to work in about 2 hours and I hated the thought of having to leave the house and ruin that wonderful relaxed mode I was in. All good things must come to an end.
