After my parents passed, I had to sell the home I grew up in in San Jose, CA. I interviewed several realtors but never felt the connection I was looking for. Then I found a flyer, did some research, and called Andy and Ben. From our first meeting I knew they were the right choice -- genuine, trustworthy, and compassionate. They didn't just list the house -- they managed the entire process from start to finish. They coordinated: Cleanup and preparation Repairs and construction work Landscaping and restoration of my mom's garden Contractors and scheduling A detailed timeline with constant updates They provided a clear plan showing exactly what would be done and when, and they stuck to it. There were no surprises and they kept me informed every step of the way. Even more impressive, there were no upfront costs -- everything was handled through escrow at closing, which removed a huge amount of stress during a difficult time. Because of their networking and local knowledge of the area, they found a direct buyer before the home even hit the market, and it sold at top dollar! Andy and Ben truly went above and beyond. They treated my parents' home with care and respect, even planting beautiful new flowers in my mother's garden. I'm incredibly grateful for how smoothly they handled such an emotional process. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants professionals that genuinely care and take full responsibility for the job. -- Joe R.

Alex never once pushed us to make an offer. He did the opposite, asking quiet questions that helped us figure out what we actually needed in a home, and what we could live without. Yuchi made sure our finances were rock-solid before we wrote anything. She reminded us to budget for the nice-to-haves and steered us clear of money pits. Before submitting our offer, Alex walked us through the comps he'd prepared and, surprisingly, suggested we go in lower. In a moment when ceasefires get torn up every other week and the world feels uncertain, that lower number turned out to be exactly right. Behind the scenes, Alex paired our written offer with a strong verbal follow-through. We were shielded from the rest. Accepted as written. Two offers with Alex and Yuchi, 12 years apart. Both accepted on the first attempt. Yuchi is now voluntarily and unofficially project-managing our Sunnyvale home upgrade, taking time out of her schedule to visit stores and walk through options with us like it's her own place. Whether you're house hunting in the Bay Area, casually browsing, or just uncertain about whether now is the right time, reach out to Alex. You'll know right away you're in good hands.

We've both purchased and sold multiple properties with them all in Silicon Valley area and every time it has been nothing, but smooth experience and they exceeded our expectations. They are very experienced with entire Bay Area especially San Jose real estate market, which makes their expertise invaluable for us. We found that their incredibly detailed home price technical analysis report, prior to each offer we made is extremely useful and is very precise, unbiased, and well aligned with today's rapidly moving market and this ultimately guide us in securing our dream house confidently knowing we did not over bid more than needed to be in the game of bidding war in such a current competitive market. They also took their time to thoroughly review each inspection reports and disclosures with us, prior to each offer we make to make sure the property of interest has no hidden major repairs or red flags before proceeding with our offers . This again gives us great confidence in deciding whether to proceed with our offer or not. There were a few times they stopped us from proceeding further with offer due to costly foundation repair although the home is visually appealing on open house visit and other time with city's natural gas pipeline being too close to the back yard. There are many other incidences where their unbiased input was critical to our decision making on offer. They make sure that we as home buyer make the ultimate call on what price to offer with best of our interest. They work very transparently and truly have their client's interest at heart every step of the way in our home buying journey. From the get-go, they introduced us to a loan officer, proven track record of closing many home loans in a given time with best interest rate, from a competitive mortgage lender to get our pre-qualified loan approved, identifying our desired locations based on our family needs, help reviewing the reports and disclosures for red flags or negotiating and presenting relentlessly with seller on our offer to get it accepted in this multiple bid situations. What separate Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate team from many other real agents in the Bay area is that they did not stop looking out for their clients right after the escrow is closed. When we needed to remodel our new house, they introduced us to their trusted and pool of resources, from their home builder network from structural engineer, licensed contractors, handymen, plumbers, heating/cooling electricians, painters and etc. They stepped-in and negotiated every quote for us. Just to make sure we are not getting ripped off and also get the best quality work for the amount money we needed to spend that give us ultimate peace of mind. Overall, we had great experience working with them every time. We will definitely go back and ask them to represent as our real estate agent next time whether home buying or selling comes along. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

What stood out most was how she handled a setback after our first buyer backed out. She stayed calm, kept the process moving, and helped us recover quickly rather than letting the situation become stressful or reactive. The final result was strong, with the home selling over asking. Just as important, Rabia made the process feel organized, professional, and low-drama. Before we even officially signed with him he took an hour out of his time to go over what the process would look like, where the market was at, listen to what we wanted out of our new home, and really just to educate us on the ins and outs of real estate. It became very clear that he was the right agent for us, we signed that night. Throughout the home showing process, he was ALWAYS accessible to us. He answered so many questions about the home buying process, gave his personal opinions when asked, and truly guided us. Each house we toured, we felt that he was really looking out for us, giving us feedback on what to look for in each house, if something was an issue, and helping us determine which neighborhoods would be a good fit for us. This was extremely helpful as we were new to the areas we were looking in. We couldn't be happier in our new home and we have Zaid to thank for that! Overall, Zaid went above and beyond for our family and we will always be grateful to him. We will absolutely be using him in the future, should we ever move, and will be recommending him to friends and family!

As a resident of Sierra Crest, I first noticed Zaid Hanna's name back in 2024 when I saw his real…read moreestate marketing poster at my doorstep labeling him as the "your #1 Sierra crest Seller Agent." I snapped a quick photo of it, thinking I might consult him if I ever needed to sell. By the winter of 2025, I received another flyer from Zaid that read: "The market is frozen, but we didn't give up." Even though the market was rough at the time, that property sold shortly after. His words truly touched me. In the high-cost, wealthy Bay Area, a modest condo often doesn't get much attention; many agents wouldn't bother putting in the effort and would simply advise the seller to rent it out if it didn't sell quickly. Although I had never met Zaid, I saved his number in my phone right then because I was deeply impressed by his work ethic. In the spring of 2026, my mother unfortunately passed away, leaving behind a condo that needed to be sold. I was at a loss for who could help. The property's location wasn't ideal, and the market was slow, so I knew I needed a top-tier agent. While I initially considered finding a Chinese-speaking agent, for some reason, I decided against hiring a Chinese agent. That's when I thought of Zaid. One day afternoon, I gave him a call and described the condition of property. he scheduled our first meeting immediately. Zaid was very nice. Our first meeting went incredibly well. Zaid analyzed the market for me. It was April, and inventory was unusually high. He recommended a minor renovation, and I agreed because I knew it would change the look of the home. He was highly professional and honest with me, acknowledging that the market was tough, especially for condos. However, he emphasized that his goal was a quick sale upon listing so it wouldn't sit on the market. Zaid's true professionalism shines through his phenomenal team. From remodeling, cleaning to the official listing, every team member was diligent and responsible. The renovation took about two weeks--a bit long, but the results were stunning. The house officially hit the market around Memorial Day. Throughout the process, Zaid called me every Tuesday to give updates. Remarkably, after just 7 days on the market, we received an offer! This completely exceeded my expectations. Given the less-than-ideal location, I had mentally prepared myself for a long wait. Seven days was faster than I could have ever imagined. I had seen many condos on Zillow sitting on the market for over three months, forcing sellers to slash prices multiple times. I felt lucky. The subsequent escrow and contract process went smoothly without a single delay. All contingencies were removed exactly on schedule. Yesterday, on July 2nd, this modest little condo officially closed escrow. I am incredibly grateful. It is easy to sell a perfect house, but selling a property with an unfavorable location requires an agent with extensive knowledge, sharp skills, and precise valuation. I believe a challenging property is the true test of an agent's capability, and Zaid completely proved himself. He gives honest advice that both buyers and sellers should take seriously. I highly recommend Zaid and his team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and Manu was our realtor…read more We got our dream house with her but I'm going to try and be objective in this review. Manu has been in the business for a long time now. The connections she has came in clutch multiple times. We got a phenomenal interest rate through her contact, got really helpful escrow people, and had multiple instances of going to open houses and name-dropping her as our agent. People in the business recognize her. You have to understand what you get with Manu though. She played every single move the safest way it could be played. We didn't put multiple offers - only one house at a time. We had contingencies to protect our bids from bad evaluations. Even celebrating the closing was only Manu-approved after the loan was approved and the docs were signed. All of which I appreciate because I'm fairly risk averse. Manu's team is a powerhouse. She made every deadline with room to spare. She was also really good at dealing with my bad mood and stress (real estate is brutal). Although towards the end I think she was a little grateful to be done with us lol. Her MO is also to give you a customized portal in MLS for houses but full honesty, my wife and her house hunting doom scrolling probably found more houses. The house we ended up buying too didn't make it through the filters. She also only comes to open houses after you like them. So she's not going to spoon feed you everything but she makes those expectations pretty clear straight away. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that her advice was a big part of why we stepped up from looking at smaller townhouses to a single family home. No regrets there. Now one month into living at the new house, we did learn some things the hard way like home warranties are fairly useless, Yelp and Home Depot are your best friends, and if you call someone for a free inspection, they're honor bound to find something stupid for you to have to fix. So yeah again, you're not going to be spoonfed everything. So why 5 stars? I did get my dream house. And this whole experience was possibly the most stressful thing I've ever done in my life. Through it, Manu and her team were a good group of people to have in my corner.
