After calling someone, it was decided that it wasn't going to work. Instead of saying "Sorry would you like to go in a bed, or come back when it's fixed", the girl offered me a custom spray tan. I took advantage of the offer and appreciated the experience. Now that is customer service!!

This was my first adventure in spray tanning, and Glow did not disappoint! I had a ballroom dance showcase event that I wanted to have some fresh color for, so I went in the day prior. The only downside to the whole process was that I felt like I should be standing still and dry for at least 12 hrs, and I was unclear on when I could actually take a full-on shower (with soap). I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I left Glow feeling like perhaps my new tan was going to come off by the next day if i wasn't super ultra careful (and prob smelly due to no shower). It turns out that while some of the intensive color did come off with my first rinse, the remaining color was perfect for my dance event and I would definitely come back here again for the next showcase. *Note - parking is near the back of the building and the entrance is the same for the adjoining salon - just have to go up the staircase to find your Glow. :)

I didn't know what type of look to get so I had the technician suggest a color formula for me. I tanned topless with my underwear left on. Very natural looking. I will def visit Glow again!

I went to Bare Element for my first ever dermaplaning appointment and had a great experience. The…read moreinside of the Greece location is small, but I was the only customer at the time so it wasn't crowded. Before the procedure, I filled out a waiver that explained what dermaplaning was and possible side effects, and I appreciated that they were honest about what the procedure entailed. The procedure itself took about 20 minutes (estimate) and just felt like someone scratching my skin a bit. It's hard to explain, but it was never uncomfortable. First your skin is cleansed and a hot towel is applied to soften skin before the procedure. After, I had the choice of a Vitamin C, collagen, or moisturizing sheet mask (I went with collagen), which was left on for about another 20 minutes. Finally, serums and creams were applied. I had brought my own sunscreen, but if you don't have any they will also apply that for you. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely re-book for another dermaplaning appointment!

Very disappointed with my experience at Luxe Spa…read more I had a facial on 9/5 that unfortunately did not meet my expectations for a nearly $200 service. The dermaplaning felt rushed, and afterward my skin was noticeably irritated, which is unusual for me as someone who has had dermaplaning done regularly. The overall experience also wasn't particularly relaxing. There were several instances where products or jars were placed down loudly enough to startle me while I was trying to relax. For a service marketed as a relaxing, luxurious experience, those details really matter. To be fair, the esthetician was very friendly and kind, so my concerns are not about her personality. What has been even more disappointing is the lack of customer service afterward. I emailed Luxe Spa on 9/8 explaining my concerns and asking someone to reach out to discuss the experience and how it could be made right. After receiving no response, I followed up, and I still have not heard anything. I intentionally reached out privately first because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to address my concerns before leaving a public review. Unfortunately, being ignored after spending nearly $200 on a service feels extremely unprofessional. I expected much more from Luxe Spa and will not be returning.

I have been coming here for years. I have always had amazing service! The staff is AMAZING!…read more Today, I met with Mallory! She was so sweet and nice! My facial was amazing. Very relaxing. Just what I needed. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result. I cannot get any injections, chemical peels, or anything that is not hydrating or natural, while in chemo. Which was a devastating blow to my confidence. I assumed that meant, I would look 10 years older, in a year. Also the chemo is making my face break out. Talk about a huge whammy! Mallory did a wonderful hydrating facial, with Papaya enzymes and lipids. My skin feels and looks amazing! This is now part of my regular rotation. Nothing zaps collagen from your face than chemo. I plan on living through this and fighting hard. But whether I end up in a coffin or continuing to live my best life. I still want to feel pretty. I have a membership through this business and it has been so worth it. Today my service was free. Just because they wanted me to feel pampered. Not only was it a sweet gesture, but smart business. Because now I've tried a new treatment, that I plan on doing on a regular basis. I have not had any injections in about 9 months. I put a picture of myself, so you can see how amazing they keep looking. Without any toxins, chemicals, or injections. This pic was taken after my treatment. No make up, filter free. I'm 55 years old. Still feeling confident, with breast cancer.
