I called to talk to Jason about what can be done. I was basically told we've had a lot of saturation this year and any concerns should have been voiced at the time. They were voiced to the man who was doing the work. not all of the work that was in my written estimate was completed either as the contractor who was here said it wouldn't be necessary. An existing run was completely removed and not tapped into. I was told in the end, the month of work was a loss to them. Probably why they don' want to help me now. And being a woman, you're not listened to or taken seriously. I wouldn't advise using for any water/drainage work. No warranty or even want to make it right.

He asked very detailed questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. The estimate was quickly produced, and was exceeding thorough and clear, spanning a full 2-pages, itemizing all that the job entailed. When there were possible ways of saving money, he offered them. He also suggested a number of clever workarounds we had not considered. The estimated amount was a bit less than the other two quotes we received. In addition, it included items others had not thought to suggest. Other companies said they could begin in 4-6 months. Jason said he would begin in 2-3 weeks and complete the sizable renovation within 3 weeks. Once we agreed to move forward, everything was wrapped up within the timeline he estimated (from my experience, a rare feat!). All members of his crew were friendly, diligent, and highly competent. They were efficient on site, demonstrated great skill, were cautious not to damage anything, and performed a through cleanup, leaving nothing behind. The final product far exceeded our expectations! Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. Homeowners, beware. We ( along with our insurance company ) paid Ohio Roof Masters -- nearly…read more$300,000 -- for a roofing job that remains incomplete, leaking, and riddled with issues. Despite receiving full insurance funds for a complete roof replacement with premium materials, the company left major sections untouched and instead used cheap materials worth a fraction of what was paid for. The owner, Marc Ross, was informed of these problems repeatedly -- including serious misconduct from his crew -- and not only failed to correct them but continued to make the situation worse. Workers were caught on video drinking on the job, stealing copper, and even trying to blame an innocent young woman for the theft until video evidence cleared her. They destroyed a custom, expensive birdbath, tore up our yard, and showed an astonishing lack of professionalism. Marc Ross was fully aware of these issues and lied to us multiple times, failed to supervise his crew, and was paid for work in areas that were never even touched. In my opinion, this is not just poor workmanship -- it's deceptive business practice. We are now starting legal action and reported the company to regulatory agencies ( including the attorney general , insurance company , police department ,licensing board , BBB , and a few others ). I strongly urge others to steer clear of Ohio Roof Masters and Marc Ross. This has been an exhausting and costly experience -- don't make the same mistake we did!
