She was always busy with a client and never called me. Finally I insisted to speak with her. She told me we were legally married and it was an ethics violation but did my ex's taxes! And it was months later. I go to pick up my stuff and she was "working on a file" and couldn't talk despite no client in there, door open andme wanting answers. If it was an "ethics" violation, why wasn't I told that months ago?!? Why was I toldit was being worked on and "researched" and I didn't need to do anything?!? Horrible!!!!!

I followed up my last time to see if they were done, I was told they were done but couldn't be picked up until the next day. I asked if they are done can't I come today? They said no because the papers needed to be put into a special folder and STAPLED! What? I said I feel like I am getting the run around, is there anyone else I can speak to, to check the status and she quickly said you can come today, give us an hour. After getting there, they informed my that the charge was $284! Which was $50 more than last year. So I took my documents and left and found a very nice person, who professionally did my taxes for $150! I do not recommend them at all.
