This is what fantastic customer service is! I go out of my way to patronize and use locally owned small businesses. Sometimes this means that you will not always have access to some of the benefits you might get with a larger company. But again, being a locally owned office that is part of a national company is getting the best of both worlds. Like I get it I work a nine to five too but if a customer calls in with a question about a random bill for almost half a grand you should answer the damn question. Andrew was rude, impatient, and had the most useless answers to my questions. The agency is not available after hours or on weekends so I would advise not insure with them.
