So, I get all of the benefits and perks of a large company, with the personal attention and exemplary service of a small business. We recently purchased a new vehicle on Saturday, when the offices of my local representative were closed. However, when I sent an email to my point of contact, it was responded to within hours! This is what fantastic customer service is! I go out of my way to patronize and use locally owned small businesses. Sometimes this means that you will not always have access to some of the benefits you might get with a larger company. But again, being a locally owned office that is part of a national company is getting the best of both worlds. He handled all of the paper work, he handles all of the phone calls and all of the hassles that insurance has. He also was unbiased about telling me what insurance I truly needed. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered. When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof. I have also converted several employees of mine to using his service too. They have moved from College Parkway to their new location which is much easier to access from RT 50 near the "Red Hot and Blue". I also love the Highs gas station nearby, but that's another story. :) They are great for quick and easy tax preparation, financial consulting, IRAs, 401K rollovers, etc... I can handle doctors, dentists, needles and even surgery, but financial advisors give me the willies. However, CFP and especially Julie, made me feel so much better and I finally feel as if I'm in control. It's really worth making an appointment and just get in there and talk to them! I can sleep better tonight knowing they are helping.
