From the very…read morefirst day I started Calidad Medical, Jesse has been by my side through the whole process, from building a beautiful website to patiently answering every question & concern I've had along the way. He's not only been professional & reliable, but he's also become more like a close friend, thoughtful, genuine, & always checking in to make sure I'm happy with the progress. The dedication of the whole Dymic team truly stands out. Kurt did an incredible job building the site, Vigas even jumped on a late call with me to resolve some last-minute bugs, Alison, Cassandra, Aaron, & Laura have all been such a pleasure to work with. Each person on their team shows how much they genuinely care about their clients, & that kind of commitment is rare to find. I would recommend Jesse & Dymic without hesitation to anyone who wants not just top-quality, but also a team that truly treats you like family. Regards, Robert Burgos, CEO Calidad Medical

As a Sales Manager, one of the biggest challenges over the past decade has been the disconnect…read morebetween marketing and business development. When they're misaligned, it can throw a real wrench into lead quality and closing ratios... That all changed when we teamed up with Dymic. Over the past few years, the sales and marketing experience Dennis has brought to the table has been a major driving force behind our growth. He truly understands that these teams need to operate as one unit to hit their stride. His agency's approach of delivering targeted, insightful content at every step of the customer's journey has taken our leads from lukewarm--to highly motivated buyers, and our closing rates have jumped from around 10% to nearly 25% as a result. If your company is still relying on old marketing tactics that generate junk leads, I can't recommend Dymic enough to finally align your sales with marketing.

They take the time to listen, understand your brand, and thoughtfully translate that into the final product. Nothing ever felt forced, rushed, or overlooked. I always felt heard, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting it right. Even though Ion is a compounding pharmacy with specific clinical and regulatory needs, they quickly understood what I was looking for, who our patient demographic is, and how to reflect that throughout the site. Every section felt appropriate for a pharmacy setting and well structured, with strong attention to detail. They're also very responsive and easy to communicate with. When I asked for guidance, their advice was practical, tailored, and gave me confidence in the direction we were taking. And once the site was finished, that wasn't the end of the relationship. They continue to offer support and additional services, so it never feels like a "build it and goodbye" experience. Their pricing is very fair for the level of quality and care you receive. I'd highly recommend Rizer to anyone looking for a professional, thoughtful, and reliable design team.
