I cancelled our contracts (or tried to!) but they're billing me for the remaining portion of my treatment, which includes removing braces (they didn't) and retainers (which I didn't receive) When I addressed the office, which was numerous times over a 3 month span, they refused to release me from their office (illegal btw) When they finally agreed, they billed insurance for services not rendered (fraud!) and charged me for the difference. She then got so worked up when I questioned the accounting errors, Keisha (good Lord find a new job NOT in customer service) called me nasty, UGLY, and then hung up on me. When I called back, they refused to speak with me, yet they won't release me from their office. So I'm a client without access to care? Makes zero sense. Go somewhere else. Pay the extra money. This place is an actual joke. Head on over to google reviews and you'll see how many other people also hate this "orthodontist", or so they call themselves. I've found a new ortho who is FANTASTIC, cleaner office, better staff, and actually is correcting the smile that Serenity messed up. Not sure how this place is still in business.
