Highlights from business said: satisfaction guaranteed and women owned and operated neither were true as I'm very unsatisfied and she let me know she had a male companion for my particular clean who was new. Do to how badly the clean was done I requested a partial refund as the work I hired them for was not performed and I have several videos showing the result. They didn't even do a STANDARD clean. The business acknowledged the videos showing the poor cleaning and offered to come back out the next day (which would have been too late). The work was awful and unacceptable. It was not what I hired them for and I am extremely displeased. They boast "satisfaction guaranteed" yet are aware of how unsatisfied I am and still have not sent me a partial refund. See photos for yourself of their work.
