Also we are coming from out of town and buying site unseen. This listing company won't even meet us at the residence to show the house. They stated our realtor who lives 4 hours away must come along with us and show it. It's not their job as a listing agency to arrange a showing to out of town buyers. That is a quote from this company to our real estate agent. Our next investment property in this area will certainly not involve this company if we can help it. Avoid them and certainly do not list with them.

When the home failed to attract offers, Kelvin attempted to blame a supposed "roof permit issue." This explanation was completely inaccurate and felt like an excuse rather than an honest assessment. There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. My advice is to choose someone who uses proper marketing, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their work.
