When I entered the lab, I noticed there were two employees behind the counter but the interactions with them are minimal. You just add your name to a clipboard and take a seat. The waiting room of the lab area was neat and orderly. Gia called out my name after a few minutes. She helped calm my nerves with her patient demeanor and her skills are outstanding! I only felt a tiny pinch. I get very anxious when needles are coming my way, but she is efficient, fast and calming. Gia also communicates clearly. I was out the door in 10 minutes, total time since I walked through the door. I am ready to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. Thank you, Gia! This Sutter building is quite nice and I noticed that a receptionist is sitting there as you enter the sliding glass doors. There are a number of wheel chairs right by the front door in case there is a need. I am happy to see the lab is open on Saturday mornings. It was a calm and relaxing atmosphere as compared to a weekday.
