I feel like the staff value their customers differently. The receptionist's, hygienists, and Dr. Kaplansky himself give varying treatment levels in terms of service to customers. I found my cleaning to be rushed. I mean 35-45 minutes in and out rushed. My hygienist was not the most personable either. I tried to make small talk, and help ease my anxiety of the dentist but she did not make me feel any more comfortable. Dr. Kaplansky is a busy man, totally understandable. But as a patient, I feel like I should be paying for his presence, instead of him popping in and out to say hi for 1-2minutes during a 1 hour appointment. Although there are two receptionist's working behind the counter, I always find there to be a wait. They fail to even make eye contact with you. Half of the time, they are on the phone with someone, or starting at their computer screen. I understand you are busy, but make your patients feel welcomed, and valued, or else your banner of #1 Dentistry in Mississauga is completely irrelevant, misleading, and un-deserved.

Dr. Kaplansky was extremely compassionate and caring, and kept me calm throughout this traumatic experience. He was patient with me and reassured me everything would be ok. As a result of my accident, I required both a root canal and crown for my front tooth. Dr. Kaplansky was very professional and did an incredible job on the procedure. In my quest to find a decent dentist in the area, I discovered Dr. Vincent Strazzeri from word of mouth, as friends and family were really happy about their experience with him. A relative underwent tooth extraction with him weeks ago and sang nothing but praises (again, how many people can say that, really?). I've normally visited on weekends and while it gets very busy, staff are extremely efficient (you don't wait longer than 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time). In short, Dr. Strazzeri is patient, takes time to get to know you, is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, doesn't try to up-sell. I had concerns (and fears) that I would need to undergo wisdom tooth extraction (terrifying, I know), and unlike dentists in the past, he took a look and an x-ray and honestly told me I wouldn't need it. He's very thorough, and really takes the time to address your concerns. Wonderful bedside manner. His staff and hygenists are also patient, kind, and knowledgeable - basically, this clinic has everything you would ever want in a dentist. The clinic isn't very big, and the waiting area is pretty small, but that isn't a concern for me. Also note that they also put your insurance claims through for you so you don't need to file anything yourself. After a couple of visits, I'm a loyal patient. I'd highly recommend this clinic.

Butany from a recommendation from a close friend and I am so glad I did. He is kind, gentle and works with you and your budget. And he also does fantastic work. As well as fixing issues that arise no problems. The office is modern with comfy chairs and you can choose to watch Netflix while they work on your teeth or any show you like.
