He did not disappoint. I just bought a car and unfortunately, it was filthy when I picked it up. Tom made it look like a brand new ride! His carpet cleaning skills are unparalleled. However there is something that is off putting (at least for me) when a person keeps talking about price as if that is the deciding factor when making a purchase. I personally dont like to shop on price because if there is ever a concern when the job is complete, the person will say, well you got this discounted price or I knocked off so much in price for you so.... Anyway, I came to Yelp to share my experience because as you can see from the picture as soon as he commented he then blocked me which is why my response showing him he did quote a price and my response shows as sending..... I normally would not care to write a review, I dont even have a yelp account, I had to use a friends account to write this.... however I just felt that people should be aware of the type person that you would be interacting with and to be careful. Simply because if a person can go from 0-100 this quickly over a person telling them they dont want to talk about price, imagine if you had a concern about the work that was done, how he might respond...and since it is mobile detailing ...this person would know where you live/work.

Thought I'd give him a few minutes, you know, maybe he had an emergency or something. At 9:10 am, employees arrive at another business next to Pro Mobil and ask if I have appt for detail. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact.
