Rude front counter person. This is NOT a restaurant and no way in hades can you ever rate a gas station at 3.5 stars. One of the HIGHEST priced diesel pumps in the area. Perhaps they have not realized that "The Fuel Stop" is raking in the bucks and they are just a stone throws away! read more

History

Established in 1928.

Maverik started when a young man from Wyoming decided to open a business in his home town. In 1928, 20-year-old Reuel Call opened a two-pump gas station in Afton, Wyoming with money he earned from renting roller skates. The business soon grew, and he started providing fuel to surrounding towns and ranches. Now, Maverik is known as the best place to energize your body and fuel your vehicle for whatever adventure life throws at you!

The man said they've been there for a while. They were pretty gross, not crispy at all, and then my friend bought a hotdog which was cold as well now we picked from the front because we saw the ones in the back weren't as dark so we thought we were doing good but negative the guy at the counter was kind of snippy. My friend ordered some lotto tickets and he pressed the wrong button and she told him no that's not the one and he told her it's too late. I already printed it. You have to buy it so she was forced to buy this five dollar lotto ticket. She was like OK whatever I'm not gonna argue with you. I'll just buy it fine even though it wasn't her fault and then she got her two other lotto tickets that she asked for he was not friendly. He didn't smile he wasn't approachable so yeah, I'm gonna say no.

No other place exists where you design a pizza, it's roasted via a wood fire oven, and is all done under 15 minutes. This 15 minute mark starts when the first ingredient is added to the pizza by the way. Mod has a brand on the pizza market that isn't comparable to the other big names in pizza. There's an assembly line with customization much the same as Subway. The staff are enjoying what the do as they work much like Jimmy Johns. Here aren't TVs broadcasting sports events to distract conversation. Of the times we've visits, the music selection has been classic rock, 80s, and blues... I dig it. They've short tables, high tables (tables that require bar stools), long tables for groups, and a selection of tables outside with umbrella. They are located in a new upcoming area with lots of development. Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Jamba Juice, Red Robin, Dickies, Icy Tai (AWESOME ice cream desert and bubble place), and Wendy's. There's a new hotel call Home 2 that is being built within walking distance.
