Heath is generally the face at check in and he genuinely listens to what the problem sounds like and will work with you to find out what the problem is instead of blindly going in. They've never created more problems or falsely claimed needed work like other shops(typically those chain shops; jensen, jiffy, tuffy) I've been to around town. The last statement are callouts of my own personal experiences; I know some people may get lucky and have an honest experience at those companies but in history *sideeye* Highly recommend Keith's to friends, family, and anyone looking for a honest connection to their mechanic.
